Don't go anywhere near this company. It's a scam. I ordered linen overalls. What arrived is labelled 95% polyester, 5% elastane. Plus, the floral print is blurry. Took weeks to hear back from them and only after I sent emails to the SHOP app that I did the purchase through. They asked for photos, which I sent. After another week they asked me to return the item to China where they would inspect it. They gave no guarantee they would refund the purchase cost, just a statement about as per returns policy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I have been trying to return sub standard garments with poor quality, sizing and condition and cannot get an answer on how to manage the return. I have sent 4 emails this week and no one is responding. Customer Service is non existent and the cost of the garments is ridiculous given the quality. They use misleading descriptions on their website also. Linen does not mean linen - it is POLYESTER !

I wish I had read this sooner before I purchased. I bought a “silk blend” maxi dress that looked great in the picture but was very disappointing in person. It was made of acetate and looked like the fabric used in cheap Halloween costumes. I thought the company was from England due to their misleading advertising. They are from China and the only way to make returns is to send it back there. I went back and forth with emails but they refused to tell me how much money they would refund me if I sent it back, after I paid the high cost of shipping. Lesson learned! If you are looking for a reputable website, try Commense. Their quality is great and prices low.

This company is a complete scam!! I ordered a linen blend embroidered blouse, and eventually received over 3 weeks later a cheap fabric copy, which looked nothing like the one ordered online. The 'embroidery' on the one received was printed on the fabric in grey! It cost £29.00. After a fight with the company I was told I could return it at my expense to an address in China which would have cost me £19.50. They state they have a registered office in Covent Garden...upon checking the address it's just a block of rooms which are rented our!!

Ordered a dress delivery took along time coming. The size is ridiculously too generous, I ordered an 12 it is more like a 16 and the material is very poor quality there are no labels or care instructions on the garment. There was no paperwork included Took 3 requests overs week to get an answer for a return label.They have requested an order number I received no paperwork photos of the garment My email address ( hello you are emailing me this company has no moral compass I believe that they are stalling for the 30 day return period to expire. Do not order from this company. I am not prepared to deal with this company any more I am donating an $ 80 dress to an op shop maybe someone will be prepared to wear it.

My goodness do I regret buying off this shocking company! Their website has a map of Australia and it looks all beachy like it’s actually an Australian website. I tried to cancel the order 12 hours as I changed my mind and I sent numerous emails and they did not answer one. Two weeks later they replied and said I’m sorry it’s already shipped. It arrived and it is revolting, the colour is supposed to be red and it’s disgusting orange and the quality is a joke. This is turning into a nightmare as I keep requesting the details to refund my purchase. They will not reply. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHONKY BUSINESS!!!

Ordered 5 peices of clothing. All VERY different that photo on website and all VERY poor quality. (eg. Nylon NOT 100% wool, black and white with pearls instead of tan NO pearls) Sizes were completely wrong. (eg. The waist of the 2XL mens jacket was 42cm!!) No response via email. Disgraceful company. Should be called out publically for such a scam of a buisness. Shame on you Goldensands Boutique.

Item pictured was not the quality and material advertised. Long wait time for delivery. Misleading advertising and despicable company attitude with a very dodgy return policy. Criminals is being polite.

Lists themselves as being located in Melbourne... they dropship cheap knock-offs from China. Paid $115 for a jacket... looks like it's worth $7.50. Does not resemble ai-generated product image at all.

I paid $59.95 for a supposedly linen top of a larger size. Received a very bad synthetic small top, incorrectly sized as XXL. i asked to return it and complained of d wrong size n bad quality.
They seemed not to care less, but provided me with a return address somewhere in China, I had to cover the return cost, which I did, with a tracking number they asked for.
After 3 weeks, i emailed them, as I could not receive any tracking info beyond the customs of China, they asked me for proof that the item is delivered so they can refund me!! They sell their super low quality products, but can't contact them about the delivery status???

The company engages in misleading and deceptive conduct by misdescribing the
materials of the products...eg claim merino but are polyster,claim linen but poor quality cotton. Asked several times why they are unlawfully misdescribing goods, they said you can pay return fee and then we will refund. Hard to accept that promise based on conduct. They never responded to why were they misleading consumers

Do not under any circumstance order from this company the clothes are very poor quality. They don't match what you are buying and they don't get back to you. Do not do not do not buy from this company.

They don't even deserve a 1 Star .... this company cons you out of your money and advertise Merino items and then send you a copy/fake ..... note even good cotton etc. I have tried for days trying to get replacements but they want me to pay to send back and they won't even offer any other way. So do it their way or it's the highway ..... why are companies like this allowed to operate. Watch this company pay good money and get FAKES sent, avoid them at all costs.

This company is a complete and utter scam. I ordered what was advertised as a men’s vintage leather biker jacket. What actually showed up is a scruffy, cheap, fake denim jacket that looks absolutely nothing like the pictures.
​Here is exactly what you need to know before risking your money:
​Appalling Quality: The garment is made from the lowest grade materials imaginable. It honestly feels like whoever made it has zero experience tailoring clothes.
​Fake Details: The "pockets" aren't even real pockets. The "American flag" design on it isn't even a real flag—it’s just a faded, blurry print of absolutely nothing.
​Terrible Sizing: I ordered a Large, and I can't even get my arm into the sleeve. The sizing is a joke.
​The Return Trap: I read the bad reviews immediately after ordering and called them to cancel. They claimed they had already "sent the product out" (a classic tactic) and told me the only way to get a refund was to wait for it to arrive, then pay out of my own pocket to ship it back.
​The Reality: This company doesn't care about what they send you. They just ship any piece of literal trash to your address so they have a tracking number to prove a "delivery" was made when you try to dispute it with your bank.
​I wouldn't even donate this to a charity shop, it's going straight in the bin. Save your money and stay far, far away from this company!

Do not buy from this company. They falsely advertise their products, simole as that. I paid $80.00 for a merino wool t-shirt, and received a cotton t-shirt. They expected me to cover return postage to china.

The pants I ordered were supposed to be an XL
They were definitely an XS
I told them I wanted a refund and that’s when Oscar became very rude
The quality is awful as well
