Paid for buggy but not booked!
Turned up at El Plantio golf and found no buggy booked despite me paying €160 for two ball and shared buggy. No replies from customer service and now worried about next booking on Monday. Plus course direct cost some €35 less (€125 against €160) so can’t see benefit of using greenfee365 again!

I was silly enough to make a double booking. Greenfee 365 moved my date and time on a very booked up course, straight away. Great service.

The customer service assists you if you need to cancel or modify the booking. I am very happy that they refunded me instead of charging me a no show.
