Absolutely awful experience of a faulty product, not fit for purpose of a design fault on the backpack hamper. Item returned and received at the company, yet NO refund. This Company has the worst customer service, they do NOT get back to customers in email, and deliberately fail to respond. I have had to take action via Paypal for a claim, totally avoid!

The Super Deluxe Picnic backpack with blanket is lovely. It has everything, which is why I ordered this one. I looked last year, but was too late, it was out of stock. I’m looking forward to using it this year.

Picnic rucksack as described and really high quality. It was even better than we hoped. Very impressed. Have used it many times this summer. It keeps the food and drinks nicely cool, and we love the plates and cutlery and napkins etc. Comfy to carry. Took the set camping instead of our usual stuff - real upgrade - and it was so handy having everything in one nice bag and compact too.
We have had to hide the rucksack at home because we were so impressed with it that we plan to buy one for our daughter and her partner and we didn’t want them to see it and spoil the surprise!

A well made cool bag which keeps drink cool easy to wipe the inside and it came with two plastic picnic glasses napkins and a wine bottle opener it's well made will last a long time and it looks cool as well cheers Greenfield

Fun picnic bag that also includes dishes and cutlery. The bag is also colourful. Actually, the first bag like this of ours was stolen. We liked it so well that we ordered an identical replacement.
