Great product, great service. The phones and devices I received were in better condition than I expected being previously owned devices. I purchased 3 and all look fantastic.

I saw their products on a YouTuber's video and loved the idea straight away. I wrote to them via facebook and received an almost immediate resposnse. I place my order and received it in about a week which is faster than I was expecting. The frame was very well packaged and prensented itself really well.

I will defintiely keep an eye out for new frames they make available.

I ordered the Pixel device deconstructed and framed. The packaging was amazing and beautiful. Kept the product perfectly intact during the shipping process. The item is gorgeous and easily hung on the wall. Just a cool item that now adorns my office and is perfect for me as I am the Director of IT for a fairly large company. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and bought a 2nd frame. I appreciate the care in packaging. The design and presentation is outstanding and very appealing. Looking forward to more consoles in the future.

My only complaints are the protective film and artifacts within the frame. The protective film was not easy to remove and there is still plastic that is trapped between the glass and frame. Inside the frame I found black specks/dust that lessens the appeal.

Having purchased 7 frames from Grid Studio so far, all being iPhone GRIDs; I have been so pleased with them all but the GRID-1 is my favorite! Beautiful, well made, with all the components displayed make these very special. They would be a great gift for any Apple fan or those just interested in technology. Grid Studio has always very responsive to any questions, and shipping even though sometimes from China has been quick. Originally starting out with the GRID 4S and being so impressed on the quality, I've kept adding to my collection with the GRID-X as my latest. I highly recommend Grid Studio and if you ever talk to Joe tell him Eddie said Hi!

To start, I LOVE all of Grids products. I have 4 of them on the wall in my office and keep buying more because I think they're so cool. If you're into older tech you will LOVE these.

They're customer service is also great. I ordered two and accidentally flipped 2 numbers in my address and the carrier couldn't deliver it. I tried to contact them but the package just got stuck somewhere while being returned and I couldn't recover it. The customer service team responded promptly and resolved my issue without any questions even though i was the one who made the mistake. They sent me $300 worth of replacement products promptly. Thanks so much Grid! Great company.
