I purchased a Grid X. It’s really a great unique product. My frame broke as I was hanging it, but their customer support replaced the frame for free and the replacement arrived just a few days later. I’m very happy with the product and support.

The product is nice, but a few things I wasn't too happy about, that their customer service never responded to.

1. The phone inside the frame has a number of fingerprints on the glass and aluminium parts, I have had to clean the parts myself.
2. The printed backing is very bubbly.

Not sure it was worth the money. Shame they never responded to my emails, even though they were opened.

Update: Someone had got in touch regarding the issues. After sending some photos of the defects, they have sent me another item and this time is does not have any of the defects that the first one had.

All’apertura il packaging mi ha lasciato senza parole, stiloso, raffinato, veramente stupendo.
Il packaging si prenderà in una confezione chiusa con una carta nera molto bella, chiuso e sigillato da un nastro nero con sopra un sigillo in cera lacca, veramente raffinato.
All’interno la cornice nera di ottima fattura, raccoglie al suo interno l’oggetto scomposto e sistemato in modo perfetto. Un oggetto da collezione eccezionale!

I purchased 3 grids and they are stunning! I have gotten lots of compliments on them, and I'm looking forward to expanding my collection soon! Thank you so much for such beautiful works of art mixed with nostalgia!

This is my 2nd purchase in 6months .They are absolutely fantastic company .Package arrived on time and i cannot even start to bragging about the product .I have an iPhone and Apple Watch both are absolutely work of art , Carley curated ,if I could give 6 stars I would .Joe Is an absolute pleasure to work with .

It was a rocky experience but after sending two emails, I finally got a response and the outcome was amazing. Communication and accountability needs to be improved but the product is by far beautiful in its own right. It is wonderfully packaged for safety and to maintain the integrity of the product. The product itself was just as advertised. Marvelous piece of art that my husband was so happy to receive even if it was almost a week late.

I ordered an iPhone 4 from Grid and it arrived just as I expected. The frame is good quality, it comes with hanging brackets too.

The phone inside is obviously used, but is presentable with no major scratches and looks nice now I have it on the wall.

5/5 would order from them again

I must admit that I was confused because there is no hotline or address. What if something goes wrong or I am not satisfied? I received the painting safely and stylishly packaged and it is a great design piece. Very lovingly designed. Great idea. I am very happy.

Good product and good store

my 2nd order from Grid Studio. I had to call support (thanks to Joe) but they were very helpful. The products are just fabulous. I have the Grid 4S and now the Grid 5. they look fabulous and are very well made. thank you from Germany "Thomas".
