Got a fabulous pineapple costume delivered in 3 days. Just what we wanted!

Overall not bad prop, but bowl is very flimsy and bent a little bit. I thought for the price bowl would be better quality. But I like the concept!

The Halloween items I ordered came extremely fast. They were not too bad to assemble but the wiring hookup takes some time to get them all correct. The props worked perfect and can't wait to put out this year.

Quick service, a little pricey but thats ok.

Costume was as described and fit perfectly. Also delivered on time . Very happy with the quality.

I've never had a bad experience with them.

Horrible customer service! They canceled half of my order without even informing me. They refunded the cost of the item but didn't refund the shipping fees associated with the canceled items. I spent a week emailing and calling trying to reach out to the company with no luck. In fact I still have not heard back from the company. My item never shipped! I ended up having to call the 888 number on my bank statement in order to have the entire order just canceled and refunded. I would not waste my time or money with this business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I will never order from this site again. The wig I ordered was inferior and did not work. I spent time on the phone to get an RMA return code and when I went to return today to the PO the least expensive shipping for a 17.00 wig was 10.50. I assumed you had free returns and I am so upset about this.

I was expecting this robe so much, but it came terribly dirty, covered in cat or dog hair.

I am not a disappointed customer. I am a mediocre customer that needed this item. Nice costume. A little expensive. Kind of long shipping time for an in stock item.

Animatronic arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Great purchase.

The lion's flail is bigger than I expected, but I loved the detail. And it arrived earlier than I expected which was a bonus

Well I ordered a 25th anniversary scream collectors box set and the mask that it came with looks terrible! I understand they had a bad run but this one shouldn’t even have been sent out. So I’m pretty dissatisfied with what I received to be fair.

Quality timeliness and product. Would recommend.
