I bought this animatronic and its extremely cool in person. The box unfortunately came crushed with one side completely torn up, thankfully all pieces were tied to the inside of the box so no pieces were missing or fell out. But the item itself was not damaged and is in perfect condition. Definitely recommend it, awesome prop!

I never received it so my experience was unpleasant

I ordered 2 groan noise sticks, and one doesn’t work. I contacted the company but have gotten no response. I’m very disappointed. I have 2 kids and now one doesn’t have a working toy. I searched everywhere for these things and ended up paying too much plus shipping to get them. Very disappointed!

The product looks nice standing there but that's all he'll do, I reached out with my issues with my prop it's been months now and no replacement parts nothing no emails or calls as to what the status is on my parts nothing zero communication. These products don't just cost a couple bucks and for them to fail so fast is unacceptable.
