They sent my order to my billing address NOT my shipping address. It was even correct on my receipt. How does something like that get messed up? They're not even in the same state. Huge mess up.

Wrong product received
Wrong product received, have attempted multiple times to get return label. Luckily purchased through PayPal so it's going through dispute. Phone number disconnected when trying to call. Finally reached someone on another number from the website and was told return label would be sent. Has been 2 weeks no response!

I ordered a plus size and was sent a small. When I opened it and called the lady said all they had was small and that was what I ordered. On my confirmation it has the correct size. Returns are not easy and I have not gotten the email on it yet. Will never order from here again.

Amazed!
Awesome customer service!! Ordered a product late & was expecting to receive after Halloween but they got the cauldron to me 1 day before!! We made a teepee structure from tree branches & the cauldron was perfect to use with the witch. We definitely recommend Halloween.express.
