I didn't get the size I ordered and trying to get a refund has been ridiculous. The instructions are not clear and nobody is available to talk.

Costume was great everything was a perfect fit. The only thing I didn’t like was the mask. People are better off just doing the makeup themselves.

I am impressed with how quickly I received my order & will probably order from Halloween Express regularly if they have the plus size costumes that I 💝
I would definitely refer them 2 anyone asking or mentioning their need 4 costumes that they can get quick & priced accordingly, with many choices 2 cover everyones types. THANKS HE

Everything showed up early even and in good condition

This costume was perfect. The only thing was it was not as high quality for how much it was. Still recommend if you want to be a cool astronaut.

Mask received was really high quality and it arrived before Halloween. This was the only online vendor that offered shipping to arrive before 10/31. Very happy with results.

Very much overpriced. Unable to check sizes before purchasing and no refund policy to return. Would not but again.

I purchased the American Redneck set for a costume I could wear to work. A few of us dressed up as one of the managers. It was so much fun! The manager in question must have really liked the set I wore, as he told me the beard looked better than his beard!
The only complaint I have was that the elastic bands to hold it on were too long, but that was an easy fix.
Delivery was great, no damage to the packaging or contents.
All in all, everything was just great!

I ordered costumes and they were cancelled 2 days before Halloween due to being out of stock (even though they were supposedly in stock when I purchased them days before), giving me no time to find an alternative.
