I ordered 2 sets of wings and the wires were coming out and all the straps came off when you touched them

I bought animal ears online to complete my costume and Halloween Express was truly a life saver. No other platform could get me what I needed before Halloween except Halloween Express. Thank you!

I found an awesome costume on your site. However the order was canceled with no reason. I got my refund but you left me having to go to multiple places to find a replacement costume.

The site says most items ship same day, mine didn't ship until 5 days later with no update, no way to track orders.

The mask was appropriately packed, and came safe and sound. All hinges work, and only need minor customizing to fit my needs. Shipped fast.

I had signed up for the coupons before I ordered. Got a coupon for 20% off emailed to me. Tried to use it but it didn't work. Emailed customer service to find out that the code wasn't working but they got it fixed and I could use it now. I told them I already placed my order to make sure it was here by halloween. I asked if I could get the 20% refunded to me and have been ignored since.

Ordered a costume for my grandson that they said they had in stock. Once I completed the transaction, I immediately got an email stating it was out of stock and I would be issued a full refund, this was on 10-19, I’m still waiting for that said refund and have had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

Never received my order. Contacted Halloween express and they said they would get back with me. I have never heard back from them. I never received a refund. I’m having to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Very expensive for this kind of costume, all it is is black material that's been sewed together, oh and a piece of rope with a beaded cross. I don't think I thought this out other wise I wouldn't have purchase. Crap happens @

Product was reasonably priced and showed up quickly!

Costume was okay except for the fan needed to make the whole thing work. It came and the adapter didn’t fit into the battery pack so I had go go find another one. It’s ridiculous that the major part of the costume doesn’t work.

I could not be more pleased with customer service at Halloween Express on Augusta Road in Columbia. They are quick to help you find what’s perfect for you and your family, not just to sell you anything they can. They run circles around Spirit Halloween.

I ordered 3 items for Halloween costumes for my children. I was emailed a shipment confirmation for all 3 items. I later received an email stating one of my items was out of stock. However, when my package arrived, just 1 item was included. I called to speak with a customer service representative. She informed me that my other item was also out of stock and I would be issued a refund. She was pleasant on the phone but not very helpful as I was still left without a costume for my child. I wish I had been notified about the out of stock item, rather than finding out 6 days after I placed my order. She was also unable to provide complimentary rush shipping for a different costume.

horrible experience order shipped was all wrong. couldnt get a response from them when i submitted a contact us. tried calling at 1pm pst on monday said they were closed yet hours on site said open until 5p. finally got someone on live chat but just got the runaround. will not purchase from them again

I give a 4 stars because the shipping handling was amazing. But, the costume size did not fit and I had to return it back. Thank you, anyways.

Mask was great. Was little later than expected delivery but ended up coming in time for what we needed.
