I ordered 3 items that were shown as available on 10-21 with ground delivery of 2-3 days.
Halloween has passed and nothing showed up.
I was notified 2 were out of stock but the 3rd item still didn’t arrive.

They had a lot of choices and sizes that no one else had. Thanks for coming through so quickly!

Paid for express delivery and didn’t arrive on time

Purchased a costume with adequate time for it to get here before Halloween. Didn’t receive it and reached out with a response stating the costume is sold out and would be issuing a refund. Nobody contacted me about it until I emailed them first. If I hadn’t said anything we would have still be waiting for a costume with no time for a replacement.

Quick delivery. The necklace in the costume was too loose but every other piece was good and included in the package as said in the description.

I purchased something for my son for Halloween but wasn’t told it was out of stock until too late. I was refunded for the item but NOT for the shipping.

It got the job done but the vest is so cheap and flimsy. It barely fit my husband, and he is not a large man. Only 5’10” and 160lbs.

I ordered two items, after some time one was cancelled by you and it was to late to order something else. I would think that if it was available when I ordered it should have been allocated to me not wait until some time and then tell me it was not available. I did received a timely refund so thanks for that. Poor business practice

Halloween Express has a great selection, but even better was the delivery time. It only took about a total of 4-5 days from time of purchase to receive items that I could see taking over a week to get. This allowed me to get all my items before Halloween. I was very happy!

I ordered the mad scientist costume - the quality of the dress is terrible. It ripped without any reason for it to immediately. Would not recommend purchasing this as the quality is very cheap.

Our item came quickly and was just as expected.

I will never shop here again. This place is only good if you intend to dress up as polyester for Halloween, otherwise build your own costume for 3x the quality and half the price.

I paid $30 extra dollars for next day delivery. It was over a week-2weeks before I received my costume. I could not get any one to answer the phone. Matter of fact, the first number I called was disconnected. I emailed them more than once. No one replied to my email. I sent messages on the website and no one replied to my messages. I did not receive a delivery message until I threatened to file on them with my bank, because they had already taken the payment out of my account. And, I told them I would not shop with their company again.

Very easy ordering. Very fast shipping despite pandemic delays I expected! Sizing is right on and costume is great! Will order again!
