Very Good Company!
They have very good customer service. My original order of two costumes came with only one in the package. I contacted them, and I talked with Taneika (?) and Nicole, and they were very helpful in getting the other costume to me before Halloween. Oh, and the costumes were just as expected, probably better, and could be used more than once. The quality is fine. I would recommend this company.

Rude and disrespectful associates..
The associate at the Olathe location was extremely rude to my friend and I. We were trying on costumes and the associate stood over us the entire time and made comments about the lack of “manners” that we apparently had. The associate proceeded to not allow my friend to purchase a costume and threatened that she would call 911 on us when the only thing we were doing was trying on costumes. As two women of color, this was extremely disrespectful and incredibly rude behavior. Will never be shopping here anymore and I DO NOT recommend shopping here unless you want to be disrespected.

Miss representation of available stock.
Ordered an item on 10/15 said was available and would be delivered with an estimated date of 10/21. Item was not shown as backordered and was shown as available. Only to have an e-mail come on 10/22 that now out of stock. I understand availability changes but a week is really bad customer service!! Inform your customers earlier as they maybe be able to obtain the item some place else. Now the item I ended up ordering some place else will not be able to be delivered until after I wanted it. Just really bad customer service and very unlikely to ever consider purchasing from here again.

Costume arrived with the front closure button broken. Frustrating spending 70+ on a broken costume. Should have gone to wal mart 🤷♀️
Lack of information
Website shows incorrect shipping shipping times. Placed an order on 10/16 and paid for 2-3 day shipping. The order did not ship out until 10/21. When contacting the company on 10/20 I was advised they didn't have any info from the warehouse that the item had been shipped. Got an email on 10/21 when it did ship, and I requested a return authorization. But in the email I was advised that they don't refund shipping or provide return labels. So because of their mistake and misinformation I am responsible for shipping both ways on an item that I cannot use. If the website had correct information about delays at the warehouse I could have went elsewhere for my costume. But it didn't, so I will be out around $15 for shipping on an item that they couldn't get out on time.
Won’t even get here in time
Ordered a week and a half ago, my order hasn’t even shipped yet and we are now just days from Halloween it will never get here in time now and all customer service says is “oh sorry” what a joke
Review of products
First, it was very difficult to find out the status of my orders. I had to follow up with your company a few times without getting a response before I was finally updated on the delivery status.
Second, for many of my items, they were MUCH smaller than I thought and were advertised. The additional cloth that was added was shorter than the advertised length. A little disappointed by that.
Hopefully the results are going to be better than the shipping/receiving experience.

I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter on October 10th. Says it was in STOCK. Delivery should be around 3-5 days and should arrive by October 15th. It is the 15th and no costume. I log onto to the Halloween express website to check tracking and I see that the costume hasn’t shipped! Seriously? Someone could’ve just messaged, emailed, or called me to let me know that the costume isn’t shipping or if it’s on back order. I tried to call two of the given numbers on your website, and I get all busy signals.. now I am pissed off now! I then use your message service and reached one representative about my issue and she immediately ended the conversation. Now I am fuming because I have no answers! I again, message your message service and I reach another representative which shouldn’t be doing 9 things at once. She is responding back to me with someone else’s conversation and I’m already pissed off to begin with! Finally she notices and apologizes and sees that indeed my order hasn’t been shipped and is sold out so I ask to refund me for my purchase. She did!!!
A couple days later, I received an email saying my purchase (Halloween costume) is begin shipped! Are you freaking kidding me?! I already ordered it on Amazon and two days later, it arrived. I do not need the costume now. I then used your messenger service and told the representative the back story and I was told If I deny the package then I will not be charged!!! but if I’m not home, I will be changed!!!! So you are telling me…… The Halloween costume that was available the day that I ordered it.. with no follow up to it’s own customer but that it is out of stock! then it’s my fault that I would be charged for something that I don’t want anymore!

The order that I received was correct only one of the items was correct. Also the costumes look cheap and not as cute as they are on the model. I want to return it, but the instructions on how to return products are semi unclear.
