Bread Maker disasters
I got a Hamilton Beach bread maker in 2025, I am coeliac and tried to make a gf loaf using their recipe, it was a disaster like a large solid lump, not edible so I put the bread maker away and only got it out this week. This time I used a recipe I found on social media used by many people successfully, I selected the correct weight and the gluten free setting. After 3 hours the machine stopped and I saw the bread was still raw, it had a thin skin on the outside but that is all, this time the bread was so raw I was able to salvage the dough and put it in the oven to cook it.
The ingredients I use are not cheap and not readily available where I live so I thought I would contact Hamilton Beach to ascertain how to find out if the bread maker is faulty, I have been unable to do so, tried several times yesterday via Amazon contact the seller and this morning via the Bradford number on their booklet and neither phone call was picked up, basically I need to know whether there is a way to check if this breadmaker is working as it should be as I cant afford to travel to buy the expensive flour and ingredients only to throw them away

A Company Who Couldn't Care Less.... A Disgrace
I had a problem with a toasterthat was not a cheap and I would have believed not a inferior quality product. After a little over 12 months old the toaster gave a very loud bang and a bright flash accompanied by lots of smoke.
I contacted the "customer care" team who rudely and abrubtly dismissed my enquiry
Appalling!
Lots of money spent on advertising and the like to gain customers and nothing invested in not losing them as future clients.

Because it's too fast
Because it's too fast, it cuts vegetables with an unattractive appearance; it doesn't look presentable for a salad, for example, and it only has one disc for grating cheese.

If you are finding the vegetables getting mushy or crushed, please try using fridge cold vegetables, so they will be firmer and will be sliced more cleanly. You can also adjust the thickness of the slicing attachment for slices more suitable for different ingredients.

Kettle replacement.
My broken kettle was the same model so needed the same to match the toaster. I ordered the new one and was pleasantly surprised to receive the it the next day.
Excellent service from order to delivery. The price was higher than when I made the order last July when I purchased the kettle and toaster together. I got both for just £8 more than this single item.

Hamilton Beach Breadmaker and Company are EXCELLENT
Quick, efficient delivery of breadmaker. pan. Vey well wrapped and protected.
Only slight criticism, package was over secured with sellotape.therefore hard to unwrap, very slghtly more expensive for you, over use of plastic wmaterial less card board and brown paper that can be recycled after removing excess sellotape.
Repeat this is a very slight point meant to suggest something that would be helpful to you, customers and the environment.
Very pleased indeed with breadmaker, delivery of spare pan and price of pan was the cheapest I could find. Have had at least 2 other makes of breadmaker, the Hamilton Beach is the best by far.

Don't buy . Extremely bad service item never arrive and since that everyday they said refund issued today refund issue today but never receive my money . its scam. 1st time place order worst experience now call my bank to recover money . Fake website dont trust them
