Handles4u Avaliações

Bought hinges and door stops from this company. They fulfilled the order before expected date. There was excellent communication with the team.
Initially, I ordered door stops, but when other company (with so called excellent review rate) failed to send me my hinges, I called Hanles4u and added the hinges to my order. I was slightly sceptical about timeframe, but these guys did everything by the book. I am very pleased with my purchase from this company and highly recommend them.

Funny reading all these positive reviews, I placed an order for 9 handles in November last year, my card statement showed a payment for them in dollars, had trouble tracking order, smelt a rat with these. Order turned up in a small box, it was a small piece of crap jewellery, again still unable to contact them, handed over to my credit card company to deal with, be warned.

Good website, easy ordering, prompt despatch and delivery.
Fitted within an hour of receipt, very satisfied.

Excellent well priced cup handles & knobs with prompt delivery that arrived in the slot as promised.

I have used Handles4u before. As normal my handles
arrived on time. The price is very, very good.I always
look on their website. Retired JOINER.

Wanted to replace cabinet handles, found the correct handles on line and ordered them, they arrived in under 24 hours, how's that for customer service ?
Fantastic Company

After a ridiculous amount of back and forth when they failed to fulfil my order in full they finally agreed to a refund but still claimed they had sent it. On 24/10/2023 a woman named Sandy told me I’d receive my refund within 3-5 working days. I have not received my refund or the item and I do not have the energy to deal with this company again. Don’t bother.

Used several times now. Good website, good products, good prices, reliable sevice.

Quick delivery, good quality at reasonable prices.

I almost didn’t order from Handles4U due to their TP score. However they don’t use TP so it’s not a true representation of the business. The staff were brilliant! We left everything too late, and the team did everything to turn it around ASAP. We collected part of our order and had the rest delivered. The staff on site were experienced and courteous. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Fantastic company and staff

Didn't take responsible for missing items. The service team is not polite. It is really difficult to contact them. Lately response. The quality of products are second hand and used.

Registered to place an order on this site, set up my account and auto-saved my password (as I always do). When I went back to login the password was not recognised. I tried the password reset but this also doesnt work, as when you click on the link it says it has already been used. I reached out on their contact form with this issue and asked someone to contact me so that I could reoslve my inability to login. No one replied and as there was no email address I could see to contact in the end I gave up and ordered my items elsewhere. They really need to have robust systems, otherwise customers, such as me, will give up and spend their money somewhere else.

Order placed online for two pairs of Polished Brass Lever latch Door Handles. My Local Hardware outlet could not source them. The handles were very competively priced against other online retailers, including the P & P. Items arrived within 3 working days
Cannot fault this transaction, hence the 5 star review

Beautiful quality cabinet handles at a fantastic price and well packaged delivery too.

Placed order 10th February, a month later still waiting for my order .
Customer services haven’t bothered replying to my last email .
Shocking service . Avoid this company

Lovely handles. Got these for all my doors now. Quick delivery too.

Good prices and quick delivery. No problems

After sales service totally unprofessional. Training required as to how to communicate with customers issues. Unacceptable tone in email correspondence

So impressed with the quality and feel of these cabinet handles but what has impressed me is I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size I e mailed to say what id done and lo and behold when the handles arrived (very promptly) you had rectified it and the correct size turned up so well done to all and thank you
