I highly recommend Happyrun to anybody looking for a great bike. They have great customer service and they helped me out with my G300 pro ebike.

We had some issues with shipping. I ordered two bikes. The first one came in two days, the second one took two weeks because they used the worse shipping carrier of all time: FedEx. FedEx kept bouncing the shipment around and not delivering it. Finally got it and advised HappyRun to use better shipping options. The bikes however are FANTASTIC. My 12 year old son and I have been ripping around on them in our neighborhood and back woods and fields. I put them together one evening, then charged them overnight. We rode around for two hours and haven't even got them down to half battery. Hopefully they last a long time but so far, I'm very happy with the purchase.

You all have been great getting my happyrun G100 pro back up and running from the new throttle, new controller ( when new controller didnt have the same 4 pin connector for the pedal assist you sent me a new round waterproof connecter that worked great for free!), new LCD screen with NFC cards. A lot of these parts were out of stock and when i emailed support directly you always seemed to find a part for me. Cant thank you all enough!

I highly recommend this online shop. We bought the Happyrun G60 Pro. I had a problem with one part and service is just incredible - they responded within one hour to my email and sent the part on the same day! Great experience and 5 stars are not enough!

Helped me out really well had problems with my battery after a while and I checked the voltage on it and it was really bad so they sent me out a new one I like less then a week thank you so much happy run

Great customer service and problem resolution!

I purchased a replacement brake for my Happyrun G60 Pro e-bike, but due to confusing information on the website regarding the front and rear brakes, I ended up ordering the wrong part.

After contacting customer support, they acknowledged the confusion and offered to send me the correct rear brake without requiring me to return the original part.

The replacement brake has now arrived, and I really appreciate their willingness to recognize the issue and make things right.

Wasn't too bad putting together alone tho I definitely suggest some help for doing the tire rod and such

It's powerful!!! Definitely has torque and accelerates quick , which is nice

I love Happyrun's products. My G100 Pro is amazing. I have had a few issues with my bike, but Happyrun was quick to respond and sent me replacement parts through my warranty. Free of charge. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

Great assistance fast delivery and very good communication.

When I first received the bike there was an issue where when I applied the throttle it would work for a couple of seconds and then cut out. We thought maybe it was the front motor so they shipped a new wheel to me. It turned out it wasn't the issue. I was in the middle of moving so I didn't get back to the bike for over a month. I contacted customer service and they said they would ship me a new controller. Great service.
