My charger box to charge the battery damaged and want charge the battery

Happyrun support and parts are at the top of the iebike industry. During my warranty I experienced a very rare problem and I was upset until I talked to support.They had me smiling in under a minute by assuring me with professionalism that I was fully covered and I would be back on the road in no time. The part was ordered before I hung up the phone. Even after my warranty was up they have been there with the same professional care and speedy delivery. Im finishing up year 3 on my G-100 and Happyrun has been there all the way. My hats off to this company for producing and backing their great products.

Five star all the way the website was easy to navigate,the price you can't beat and the bike . The bike is all that i wanted and more it's freaking sick. I'm a 43yr old man and I feel like a kid again. Thank you happyrun I had a few questions they responded with the quickness no bs

I had a problem with product and received response with forward.action plan within 24hrs.
Action plan was to the point , helpful, and at no cost to me.
Resolution was prompt, however shipping to fix problem was slow.
All human interactions were amazing, I'd never wish problems on another customer but if you needed to reach out you'd be able to find great help.

The website was easy to navigate, gave all the information needed for an informed decision and helped to make the process of choosing the e-bike easy. The delivery was faster than I had thought it would be, the bike was of a higher quality than others that I have looked at and the assembly was much quicker than I imagined that it would be. I have been riding it to commute to work and find that it performs extremely well in city traffic. After only a week of use, I am extremely pleased that I chose the Happyrun G70 Pro for my e-bike.

UPDATE: The company is now trying to force me to do major electrical modifications myself. Because they sent the wrong-sized replacement battery, they are shipping a separate 'battery holder' and expecting me to rewire the bike's main power system. To fix this safely, I will have to pay out of my own pocket for a professional mechanic. Do not be fooled by the cheap upfront prices. When something breaks, they pass the repair costs, 4+ week delays, and safety liabilities onto the consumer. Their support is a nightmare.

Do your research on this company, I wish I had. DO NOT purchase anything with them. I feel I’m one of the lucky ones because they answer my emails but we haven’t even had it a year. I had one issue, and they resolved it. It was still like pulling nails. Next issue: battery for our G60 wouldn’t charge. First they told me to buy a multimeter to prove the battery is defective. They said they would reimburse me but to ask a customer to buy something first and conduct a diagnostic on my own is absurd. After many emails I came up with a resolution to provide video proof. Thankfully this was enough but then it took 1-2 weeks to prepare a new battery to ship, then another 4 weeks for it to arrive. Once it arrived, it didn’t fit the bike! I reached out again and they informed me that they no longer make the old battery but will send a new battery holder. I am livid, but it seems these people refuse to give a refund, which I would much rather have because the amount of time it takes to attempt to resolve an issue is excessive. This was a gift to my son and he’s only been able to ride the bike a handful of times because of all the issues and then the amount of time to get things resolved to get it running again.

HappyRun made my experience simple and painless. When a manufacturer defect was discovered on my bike, they promptly honored the warranty and my bike was exchanged for a new one. They're communication during the process was quick and efficient and exceeded expectations.

This is my second time I am purchasing a bike from HappyRun. So far it’s been two weeks from my purchase date and I still haven’t received my complete package. The bike comes in two shipments, one with the frame and wheels to the bike and the second with the other parts to the bike, like the second battery. I am still waiting for the second package. It is frustrating for the buyer not to have all parts for the bike. But I don’t know if it’s a HappyRun issue or a FedEx issue. FedEx has awful customer service, happy run has answered my emails within 24 hours. I appreciate that. Keep me informed. And if anything when delivering the bikes make sure all parts are delivered on the same day.

They were able to help resolve my problem fast and on time appreciate your services.

Bike stopped working and contacted support and they helped me get through the situation the bike is amazing! I got the f18 2.0 bigger than a surron and faster everything about this brand is great

Horrible communication, prolonged warranty runaround, and defective hardware
​"I started getting an error code in February, and the bike wouldn't charge. I even bought new chargers, but that didn't fix it. I tried troubleshooting with HappyRun support, but they took so long to get back to me that the process dragged out. During that time, I ended up losing my keys and had to purchase a new set of keys and an ignition switch directly from HappyRun.
​However, when the new keys arrived, they still did not unlock the bike, and the battery wouldn't power on. When I finally took it to a repair shop, the mechanism was so jammed and defective that they had to force and destroy components just to get the ruined battery out. Since then, customer support has continued to give me the runaround instead of honoring the warranty. Avoid buying from them if you expect reliable support."

Nice bike. One reason I purchased this was because of the hydraulic brakes. Another reason was because I thought it came with an 18Ah battery. Unfortunately it doesn't. To be fair, in one spot on the G60 product page it says 13Ah battery included but in another spot on the product page it says 18Ah. I assumed (incorrectly) the battery had been upgraded and the 13Ah was an outdated spec. Other than that, no issues.

Its been 2 months and recently the top battery won't turn on or charge..no lights in the meter. OVERALL The experience has been good.. However the 1st week the chain fell off a dozen times until it broke. I had a new one installed cost me $40.00 And the odometer seems to add 2 miles each use compared to distance apps.. overall ive been happy, but now im concerned with getting a replacement battery. .. PLEASE HELP

I had bought a HappyRun G300 about a year ago and its been fantastic. For the price it reaches speeds comparable to its much higher counterparts (surron) and feels great. Over the years I've experiences some issues but thats from me using it almost everyday. Not too long ago I realized I needed new parts and I contacted support, and it takes a day or two to get a response but they are very helpful responses, for instance they provided me with links to purchase the replacement components directly in the email with a kind message with it. Overall a great company for not being mainstream.

Great price, great product and quick delivery

first off the product quality is worth 5 stars, and this is my 2nd purchase from happyrun. However, for the first time I received one part that was not well machined and caused problems with assembly - and this is a reason to give happyrun 6 stars! Why? bc their support team did everything to guide me (sending video from shenzen factory) and ship a replacement part so both providing a solution and holding-hands to make sure I got it right when assembling. So if anyone can ask for a perfect union it's a company with both great product and great service and happyrun is just that - which is why I'm sure this is my 2nd purchase from them but not the last. Way to go happyrun and thank you!

The whole process of ordering and shipping was seamless. I am an older adult just looking for some riding fun as the gas powered bikes I own are a bit loud. I think an improvement would be adding a passcode to unlock power levels above 3.
