I got taken in too. For instance the 'real leather' jacket was plastic! Feel very stupid. The 30-day money back guarantee is a sham - as others have said the postage will be more than the product cost!
I've reported the website to the National Cyber Security Centre and urge others to do the same. I've also reported to Amex who are disputing with the company.

Absolute rubbish. Website designed to deceive that this is a UK business. Product is appalling. Very poor quality and gives me a static shock every time I touch it. Returns almost impossible because of tortuous process and expense. I have given up on getting my money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had never heard of this company until I got a 2 step verification code from Shopify sent to my email and phone followed by an email saying my basket was “still waiting”. I initially thought someone was trying to purchase something using my details and tried to contact their customer service but the email address for that is fake. I then came here and found all these 1* reviews. Obviously complete fraudsters.

I've just received a dress I ordered, it's cheap Chinese tat. Don't be fooled, rubbish.

I'm SO mad with myself for being so stupid and not checking on here first! This company are a complete nightmare! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They masquerade as being from London and their site is so "British" I fell hook line and sinker for it! The goods took an age to come and then were dreadful quality when they did arrive! It is virtually impossible to return anything. You will receive a response to your email, but it will just offer you another item at a discounted price along with a small percentage refund. As they are actually based in East China the return is madly expensive and just not worth it and you wonder if you would see your money anyway. They would say that they had not received it etc I am sure! The refund they offer you does increase the madder you make your emails and eventually I settled for a 30% refund from them. Please don't be tempted to buy anything at all! I am out of pocket and the item I bought went straight in my recycling bin!

Like hundreds of others I have found this company to be totally dishonest about the way they advertise their goods. The description they give and the photos they put on line are nothing like the actual garment. The quality is unbelievably bad, I asked if the coat was lined they said yes but it wasn’t. The buttonholes were just cuts in the fabric and not stitched and the fullness of the style was not at all like the photo. To return the item would cost £17
Which I am expected to pay on something that is their fault!

These guys cleverly use "London" in the name of their company to give the impression it's UK based - in fact it's a Hong King/Chinese company. Which is probably why it took a month for the product to be delivered.
Also, they avoided saying what the coat was made of in the product description - it's made entirely from polyester! Dreadful quality.

so rubbish, ordered from Facebook advert will i ever learn the lesson. No communication no delivery £30 is a lot for a 80year old pensioner to lose

BEWARE This is the worst company. The products are rubbish. Because they are China based, returns are expensive.
We have tried to send the product back but the delivery company require a telephne number for customs, but Harpers say they do not have a telephone number!!
They are obstuctive at every turn and now we cannot send the parcel which is what they want.

I totally agree with all other reviews and so wish I had read these before I ordered. Very long delivery, poor quality, and returns impossible. I've lost a lot of money. Please do not use this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this terrible company. The truth is I genuinely believed them to be a London based company and even emailed them and they confirmed that they were. I paid £60 for a jacket and when it finally came it was made of really cheap material. There were buttons but they failed to put any button holes. Does anyone know if Trading Standards can help? Never ever use this site - absolute rubbish

What ever you do - do not purchase anything from this company. The garments are very cheap and poor quality. The customer service is dreadful. You are buying from China so although delivery states 3 days it is more like 3 weeks. Then trying to return is impossible. No paper work is sent with the goods and no return. When eventually you get a response from the company they will email you numerous times offering you discounts up to 30% but this is actually to put you off the rerun which as others have stated will cost you a fortune. As it is to be returned to China. I have reported them and in addition are going through my credit card company! The worst experience with a company with awful cheap products - do not use them

Jumper ordered 7th February, it arrived 1st March. It was dispatched from Hong Kong but at the time of purchase, no mention was made of the time delay this would cause. So, onto the jumper itself. The product is appalling in quality. The colour is vastly different to the rich colours shown in the advertisement. The deep olive green is a wishy-washy blue. I am deeply saddened and disappointed to have wasted my hard earned money. What’s even more worrying, the jumper already looks bobbly and it’s not even been worn out washed yet. Thank you.

Do not EVER buy from this company. They send out faulty goods and then decline to give a refund - instead offering you a further discount on your next order. The goods are in-wearable and bear no resemblance to the advertisements. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY. They are based in China - not London so return postage is prohibitive. There are many honest Chinese companies but this one gives them all a bad reputation.

Quality poor. Sizing wrong. Refund policy very misleading . For a full refund, the item needs to be sent back to China on a track and trace which costs more than the item itself. After multiple emails suggesting I can keep the item to give to a friend or donate to charity, the maximum refund I could receive was 30%. I would NOT recommend this company.

The only reason I have given this brand one star is because I can't write the review with none! The product is cheap and comes from Asia - not London as suggested by the name. You will not find details on how to return goods instead you need to email!!! Again and again because instead of information, you get manipulative offers to keep the product you don't want and get 10% back. Then 15%...or 40% off your next purchase. I am still waiting to hear how to return goods but have been threatened with paying for the postage to Asia twice now! My advice - don't be tempted with good pics and the "London" title - it's not worth it.

Ordered an item three weeks ago and still not arrived… automated emails back..

I am yet another person who wishes she had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered two jumpers and they were both very poorly made of cheap material. They were not finished off properly, with loose threads showing. No labels or washing instructions. I could have bought better quality jumpers on a local market for a fraction of the cost. I'm now trying to get a refund, but as other people have said, they keep offering me more garments!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

DO NOT order from this company they are a complete scam. You will not get a refund and the product you order is not the product you will receive. I have no idea how they can still be in business why are we getting ripped off by these company’s? How are they allowed to get way with it. Where are our laws in this Country !!!!!!

Stay well away from them the quality of my jacket was so poor I can't even give it charity and sending back was costing me £22 to ship back to china so didn't bother after so many emails they finally give me only 30 percent of my money back rest I lost it
