I, like others it seems lost to this scam, they took my money but I didn’t receive the goods i ordered.

Dreadful scammers. I have been charged for two awful dresses, tried to contact them for return details and refund but can’t find any information from their website, in fact they seem to be unattainable! It’s disgusting that these people have my money and I’ve lost out!! Be aware and do not buy from them.

I ordered a dress from this company and it’s yet to arrive - complete scam . I messaged them to see where my order is and they’ve given me a tracking number. Ordered on the 1st May … still waiting to be dispatched on the 3rd May ! Definitely not based in the Uk …. Do not order anything from this company.

This company has changed its website to include an international shipping return address. On the original site it was not included. It cannot be a UK company. New address below. I bought a dress it eventually came. It took over two weeks. Absolute tat fit for the bin. Still trying to get my money back. The bag cost more than the dress in it. I will be reporting this company to trading standards. Saint-ives boutique

SCAMMERS from China. Posing as uk based, nice looking online presence, none of the usual typos or stupid grammar. BUT, be clear they are scammers.
Long wait for an item to arrive, when it did it was CRAP polyester, poorly made, shiny material. So I tried to return but guess what, you’ve got to pay to send to china! £20 to return something costing £29. LESSON LEARNED. Wish I’d checked here before purchasing.

Just received my item. The plastic bag it came in is better quality than the dress what an absolute scam I do however have a return address on the packaging….. wonder if it’s worth returning for a refund.

I cannot believe how many Chinese companies are posing as good quality British clothing companies when they are actually just out to scam people. I haven't even received my order!!
How can they keep getting away with this??
Do Facebook have no conscience allowing this??
I have decided to leave Facebook as I don't want to be engaging in a company who allow innocent people to be scammed!!!

Appalling, cheap item - total scam no website or returns policy - Do not use!!!

FRAUDULENT company! No item received. After purchase, an email to say 'troubles' with their website and email. No way to contact them. Tracking link doesn't work.

DISAPPOINTED One items was okay but had to return dress which was horrendous material and jumper too small. Had to ship to China! Which cost £20.00 to return 'tracked' and has now taken over a month, as been sat in China Customs for 3.5 weeks so far. Should have read all the reviews before ordering.

Took weeks to arrive. Now it's here it's way too big, looks nothing like the dress I ordered. Can't find out how to return as the website is down and emails are not working. Anyone got an email address they can share?

It is a scam site. I have requested a refund for very poor quality item, for which they want me to pay a further £12 to arrange. Massive fraudsters. Do not engage with them!

Just realised I've been scammed! Ordered from a website which I thought was I St Ives Cornwall- had photos of a couple and message re: closing down sale. Received a email this week to say website address had changed . Emailed them to follow up on my order and received this reply "First and foremost, thank you for choosing us for your recent order! Your support truly makes us shine!
We noticed that you were eagerly awaiting your order and may be feeling a bit impatient because it hasn't arrived yet. We apologize for that!
Upon checking your order, we see that it's already on its way to you. Due to high demand for international postal services, there's a slight delay.
Please know that we regret any inconvenience caused by the delay and we're doing everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible. Good news! Your package will be arriving in just a few days!

As I am writing this, have just received an email from the company saying the old website is now offline and providing a new website address. Has anyone else received similar?
Been waiting for a par of trousers for 2 weeks. I was initially able to track the order, but it kept saying 'order ready' on days on end. Now I cannot reach the website anymore.

I ordered two dresses two weeks ago and have heard nothing. Website now will not open. Can’t believe I fell for it.

Long time coming. When it arrived it looked nothing like the dress I ordered. Quality of the material is the cheapest quality.
Never again.

As others have said, this is a scam company based in China, not Cornwall. I can't believe I was duped. There was a sponsored link underneath a stylist I follow on Insta and I carelessly linked the two. They now claim to be closing down by midnight, which has been the case for about a week. The shipment took over 3 weeks and I realised too late that this was coming from China. I have received a refund via Mastercard.

A total scam! Advertising as a UK company, yet based in China. Poor quality clothing which is not fit for purpose and not as advertised. This company is also trading as Bonds. Both claim to be a UK store that is closing down.
