Harper London 

I ordered 2 shirts for $100 after 6 weeks I had not received my order. Harper &Lane assured order my order was on its way shipped by GoFo delivery service. Never arrived both companies are FRAUDs do not order anything from them!!!

Bad me I should have read the reviews. They say they use US sizes but that isn't the case. They are Chinese sizes. I've tried to ask them in many different ways to refund my money and they are only offering 50%.
Lesson learnt, read reviews on here.

One star is to generous. I have read the reviews and I agree. Substandard clothes, the refund process is impossible and and absolute con. How can they still be trading. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

I don't even award one star. Utter rubbish. Substandard quality. Returns procedures takes a strong will and determination but you still won't get a refund. Don't put yourself through the pain, just don't risk buying if you think you'll need to return. Buyer pays return charge to China, it sits in customs for weeks then they tell you its being returned to sender.

Buyer beware. They're fraudulent. The clothes are not as advertised. You receive poor quality items. You can purchase better quality from Shein or Temu, and that says a lot considering the quality tends to be cheap. They do not respond to request for return/refund. I'm reporting them for their scam/fraudulent ways. Do NOT buy from them.

ITEM WAS NOT AS SHOWN AND THEY WILL NOT COVER MY RETURN EVEN THOUGH IT IS DEFECTIVE. THEY HAVE OFFERED TO SHIP ME A DIFFERENT ITEM AT NO COST / OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT ON MY REFUND WITHOUT RETURNING BUT WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY. WILL BE INQUIRING WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. ALL REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE MUST BE FAKE SINCE IT SAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered a blazer from this company and it was very poor quality. Paid $70 for flimsy material and no lining on the blazer. When I contacted them to return they said they would only refund 20% and I would have to pay for the shipping back to China.

If I could give a negative score I would. Non existent customer service. They do not reply to you. I will never shop with them again.

Uh-oh, I fell victim to them too. I had no idea that the shoes I'd ordered were shipping from Mainland China. The website said that they ship via USPS, but the tracking shows China. In my case, I checked out the tracking because my order is late. Still don't have the merchandise. There's no U.S. number to call for customer support. Really, I need to be more careful in the future. The website looks legit.

Negative ZERO!!! Awful company. Not American. Horrible customer service. Good luck getting answer. Bad clothing. Bad clothing. Don’t waste your money or your time. Seriously. Have to return to China.

Poor quality merchandise and poor customer service. They don’t pay for returns and they must be shipped to China. Don’t be fooled by pictures on website.

Scam company. I believe they are operating as a US company yet actually a Chinese shell. Their customer service is without a doubt THE worst. La la la which means absolutely zero in resolving their shoddy products. RUN! Run as far away from the H&L site as you are able.

I purchased a pair of sandals that didn't fit (couldn't get them on) and the quality was poor. I tried to return them and was told that I had to fill out a certain form, which I could only get on request. I made the request, twice, and was then told that they were not returnable. They don't take back their product. No where on their add does it say it cannot be returned. Now I have to give them to GoodWill. Be warned - and dom't buy Harper and Lane products!

Awful, awful company. Poor quality clothes, badly fitting. Currently trying to return the items but from looking on here I won’t have much luck! Wish I had looked here before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DECEIVING COMPANY.

Harper Lane ad says "easy returns". Not so, because the company is located in China! And, returns cost 40 to 50 dollars to return. It is NOT a 50 year old U.S. owned company. The shoes are cheap junk! Return address is 5th Floor, 23 Building, Julong Industrual Park, Xicha Road, Balyun district, Guangzhou City 51000, Guangdong Province, China to Doris Hui. I reported them to the the FBI.

The blouses I ordered were nothing like the description - size, fabric, fit - so started the return process as Harper London states 'If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt'
Being within this criteria I started 'email ping pong' with the customer service department. Having been offered on a number of occasions a percentage discount to keep the items, the return address was finally given to me and having followed the return process to the letter I posted the package to China on the 7th May 2025 and on the 27th August 2025 the package was returned to me stating 'incorrectly addressed' - the address that had been given to me by 'HARPER LONDON'!!
Having purchased blouses for £85 and then paid £26 for the privilege of returning to China, the company obviously has (and had) no intention ever of refunding the money I paid for the blouses as their policy states. This business should not be allowed to trade anywhere - it is a complete sham!!

Do not buy from this company.

Awful quaility, nothing like advertises. Retuns are to china. Having paid all the returns fees and followed instructions to return to get full refund. To be told they items did not get through customs and could not have full refund. Do not buy from this company

Please please please report company on every media site possible. Plus police, trading standards and any legal dept of bank. I bought from this company followed instructions to return to get full refund. May 21st sent dresses back following their costly instructions exactly. Returned 18th August not able to deliver no such address or company in China. They had previously offered a 30 percent refund. Dresses hideous nothing like advertised. If you go on company house uk company keeps changing address. I should think all fraudulent.
