I have still not received my item which I ordered in January.. I did get an initial email reply, when I questioned where it was but nothing since and now not accepting my emails..
Paid for the item in full and now out of pocket…

It is not UK based despite it's claims. The products are very poor quality, their Customer Support is like a chatbot, you are not communicating with a person.

I'm happy to retract this review if they prove me wrong.

Shockingly misleading advertising. They are not in London ,..... they are in Hong Kong. They do not answer emails regarding returning their poor quality and shoddy goods. Wish I had looked at reviews before buying. One dress had a sewn-in cross-band totally twisted. A Second if ever I saw one. DO NOT BUY from them.

Total crooks and selling by misleading. Absolutely awful quality, extortionately expensive returns which in some cases exceed the value of the goods. Once they have your money they spout out the returns policy!! When is this country going to stop these companies 😡😡

Disgraceful that these companies are allowed to operate. I share all the negative feelings already stated about what they portray on publicity material and the actual quality of the product, let alone the fact that they do not make refunds.

Absolutely disgusting . They are not in London but Hong Kong . Vile quality of product, despite saying accept returns they don’t or make it very difficult .
Absolute crooks the item was nothing like advertised and the material such that I wouldn’t go within a foot of a naked flame . Wish I read the awful reviews first

This company is trading under false advertising do not buy from them , quality is terrible and takes weeks to arrive trying to get a refund. First and last buy off FB wish I had done my homework. Do not buy anything or expect to be ripped off

I didn’t even want to give them one star. The clothes are made very cheaply and look nothing like the photograph. They took ages to get here probably because they call themselves Harper London and they are a Chinese company!! Beware!

I ordered a ladies coat from a really nice picture, but when it arrived it in no way resembled what I ordered. The buttons were misplaced on the terrible material and one shoulder seam was not sewn up. I complained and they asked me for photos of the garment which I could not do, so eventually I gave the horrible garment to a friend for her cat's bed !!. They have offered me a 10% credit as a gesture of goodwill. I have to say they have been prompt in all their replies. I shall not order from them again.

This company needs to be stopped from trading.I have reported to ‘Which’,Trading Standards, and Action against Fraud.Do not buy from them!

This must be the worst company I’ve ever come across.
I see they were dissolved in February 2025, though I would not be surprised if they are already trading again under a different umberella.
I bought a dress that must have been photographically enhanced, as it looked nothing like its picture. The quality of the material and workmanship was appalling.
It was discribed as incorrectly discribed as breathable, and sizing was way off the scale.
After numerous emails I came to the conclusion that they deliberately and purposely ignore any comments or points that you have raised, which is infuriating. It’s like trying to explain to a 5 year old Newtons Theory of Gravity. For my own sanity I’ve given up on them, but if anyone reading this has any clout with Trading Standards or similar, please please stop them from future trading. They are in my opinion pure rogues!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Impossible to return the item. Extremely poor quality and offered 10% of the purchase cost back and not a full refund. The goods do not come from UK and any returns have to go back to Asia, at my expense. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased

Ordered a dress gave all my details and a picture of a blouse appeared and they said this could be for you underneath the sentence was a box with decline which I pressed as I did not want this. They came back with your order is now on its way. When I looked at the order they had sent the blouse which I had declined and taken the money for this . The dress was not even listed. I have informed the credit card company and given me details of what to do next. Just one big scam.

Be very careful of this site. It is a total scam. Products are all from China, poor quality and not as shown on the website. Returning is a nightmare. You just get offered discounts off further purchases. I have been trying to send my unused clothes back for 6 weeks. I have just sent them back at great expense to China to a very doubtful address. I am reporting the Company to Trading Standards and I have also contacted fraud at my Bank as I am very unsure about getting my refund.

In the star marking You don't have a, "well below' do you. Before making any purchase READ THE REVIEWS!!! Stay away, steer clear
To return a blouse to get a bigger size it has to go back to Asia, at my expense and I get 10% off a new order. Or I can keep the 'too' small blouse and get 40% off a bigger size. I for one shall not be making anymore purchase from this company Very dissapointing

Once placing the order and money leaving my account immediately I never received I emailed of confirmation of my order. This alerted me that something was a miss I am currently trying to return my order off Extreme poor quality and a total misrepresentation on their website, I have repeatedly requested for an address for the return and an email of confirmation of my order, i’m currently still trying to resolve this issue. Please be aware the quality is appalling and a nightmare to be able to return anything as they suggest the shipping costs will be extreme , I’m now at a stage where 30%refund is offered on purchase of £159 & keep the trash garments
