J'ai reçu mes articles qui sont trop petits, j'ai demandé à effectuer un retour, là on m'a proposé de garder mes articles , de payer 9€99 pour le renvoi d'articles à ma taille. J'ai accepté la proposition. J'ai fait confiance et j'espère ne pas avoir eu tort.

I have given five stars only for customer service of this company.
I ordered pillows in error and they accepted my cancellation and refunded me in full.

I ordered a pair of gloves for my son for Christmas and they didn't work. I contacted them right away and the issue was taken care of.

After suggesting I pay $10 for a replacement (unit quit after ~2 weeks of use) & I refused, company will now replace it free if I leave a review.
The unit didn’t work long enough for me to see any changes therefore 3 stars

I ordered a pair of shoes going off their size charts. They were the wrong size. I contacted them and they reached back out immediately. They said they would get the shoes exchanged. They told me I could keep the shoes they sent and they would send me brand new pair in my size. I was very happy dealing with them and plan to do future business with them. Excited to receive my new shoes when they get here.

Zum Kaufpreis von 42,99 € kam noch (ungefragt) eine Summe von 2,99 € als Rückgabeversicherung hinzu. Geliefert wurde erst nach längerer Lieferzeit. Meine Mail-Rückfragen wurden von immer neuen Absendern beantwortet. Das gelieferte Kissen war ein schmales Füllstoffkissen ohne jegliche ergonomische Form, viel zu dick. Billiger Schund und für mich völlig nutzlos.
Finger weg !!!

What an experience...

I had a small issue with a titanium cutting board which was very quickly dealt with by Customer Services with a replacement board and free postage. Will use the company again. Five star review. Thank you
