Physiotherapy sessions highly recommended
Simple, straight forward booking process with short wait time for appointment. Very productive video Physio sessions with very knowledgeable Physiotherapist. The first healthcare professional that has really understood my health situation, she really listened to me. Simple but effective exercise program given to start me on the road to recovery, felt very supported, and a clear plan ahead to work towards.

They pocessed my doctors referral and got it approved with my insurance company while arranging for the private hospital to offer an MRI the next week or so. HBSUK act like a go between for customers and the insurance company.

Clear phone call with team
The phone call I had with the team was straightforward and easy to follow / understand . The email a day or two previous gave incorrect name and stated that I had made the booking which I had not. However I did need the booking and was pleased it had been made on my behalf. Y someone. The email was confusing which I replied to and stated just that

Easy to progress to appointment
It was fast to get through and the ability to see availability, unfortunately I had to wait a few days but at least I could see this in advance and do it all online.
