Check they can do what they say.
Offered 2 treatment centres which were subsequently found to be unable to offer the treatment. Offered a third treatment centre which was more than 30 miles away and subsequently referred back to private health provider to start the whole process again.

Easy to navigate the website. The questionnaire was straightforward. The booking process was easy and a quick appointment arranged. Communication was clear.

I went through axa to get medical…
I went through axa to get medical support, i had online gp appointment and was reffered. I was then presented with a virtual assessment or to book directly with conultants. I went through the virtual service as this was the recommended approach. When i was called to make a ultrasound, london was my only option a 70 mile round trip and y urin e test 50 mile round trip. Being disabled was not feasible for me not dfribing fot 6+ hours when axa has sourced a scan an appointments less than 10 miles away. The virtual service is useless in my opinion and think i have been charged 129£ for somthing i didnt use ( or rather AXA has). The virtual service also took 5 days from report, and the direct AXA with me organsiing would have been much quicker route.
