Had to return 1 item - wrong size given

Easy to order, delivery very easy.

Poor customer service. I purchased a wheelchair and I wanted a new one from the box. They promised me they would order a new one. I went there 3 times after they called saying my order was in and it was the same wheelchair. They did not order me a new one. They wasted my time making three unnecessary trips to the store. I asked for a refund and will spend my money elsewhere.

The lady who helped us fill our order for supplies from AADL was very professional, patient and helpful. Your company is lucky to have her.

Ordered over the phone and was delivered to my home without me expecting that. Made it easier for me. Wondering why I was sent a tax form for my order as I was using a gift card I won.

Quick shipping, good tracking. Very good prices. I like that. Makes it easy for a person in rural Alberta to have access to health and well-being solutions, especially when looking after elderly parents. It’s not always easy to haul people with disabilities two hours into the city to go shopping for supplies!

This is one of the few sources I have to get my desired product.Healthcare Solutions always have it in stock and since the package is small they can easily mail it.The whole transaction only takes a couple of days to complete.
