I would recommend them anyway, even though the prices are a little high, but it’s well worth it, especially for HEALTH in my golden years

Updated my order right away….which showed me someone was actually reading my request in real time! Was glad I could see my previous order to make sure I ordered the correct thing. Had a bit of a problem logging into my account but it all worked eventually.

Have a problem with a home oxygen concentrator. Have called to discuss issue 3 days in a row. No one answers. told to leave a message to get a call back. no one has called back. Have received zero help.

Naturalizer II pillow
I initially ordered a Naturalizer II petite pillow online. When I arrived to retrieve my order I was being given a Naturalizer regular size pillow. I returned this as incorrect item. A couple of days later I called the store to see if the Naturalizer II Petite pillow was in stock. I was told they had this in stock so I rushed out to purchase. I ensured it was petite but when I got home realized it was the Naturalizer pillow. I can’t use this but also can’t return it even though I haven’t used it. Very frustrating!
