Well worth the wait
The part I ordered was shipped from England so it took 2 weeks to get it, but it was well worth the wait as I was able to save $100 over what it would have cost me to buy it from an audiologist. It was carefully packaged and works perfectly!

Please note, you placed your order using our 'Standard Untracked (7-10 Working Days)' shipping option. As you ordered over the festive period, there were less working days than usual due to the holiday days falling on weekdays. Your order was dispatched on the 19th. The day you left your review was only the 5th full working day from dispatch, so its not that your product hadn't arrived, instead, the date the review was left was before your estimated delivery date.
We also offer an expedited service for anybody who needs their order in a rush. :)
