Henfield were really great and provided a caring last-minute service when another storage provider let us down. Henley's price was very reasonable and all the costs were transparent and explained up-front. They were kind and understanding and patient with us as we dealt with the stress of managing this kind of move for the first time. Their driver on collection day was excellent and the whole team seem friendly and customer oriented. Their service seems ideal for students. Absolutely 10 out of 10, will use again. Well done Henfield!

First time using Henfield Storage Brighton so we were a little apprehensive but we had a great experience from getting a quote through to answering all our questions beforehand and a brilliant experience on the day moving our contents in to the unit. Ben was our contact throughout and he went above and beyond to help us get everything into the van and safely into the unit which was a bit of a squeeze. He was a real problem solver, so friendly, polite and professional throughout and took all the stress out of things. Definitely recommend Henfield Storage Brighton for a well run and good value storage unit with excellent service from Ben. Thank you again!

Very friendly and helpful assistance from Fahim

First of all, a big thank you for Tim aka the Hercules in Henfield Storage Brighton. He was on time and very helpful for assisting my furniture move very efficiently. And drove me back to the storage warehouse and again help me load all my furniture to a secure unit. All done safely and efficiently without any problems. I hope he will be a Manager soon, we all need his can-do attitude to the customers and explain everything in a simple way and does make life easy. Without doubt, I highly recommend using Henfield Storage Brighton. Five Stars from me. Thank you so so much Tim.

This is my third time using Henfield Storage and I love them! Always on time, if not early, and incredibly helpful. They help me load and unload the crate and Perrie, who’s assisted me 2/3 times, is such a gentleman and incredible to work with!

Everything was fine till they didn’t process refund after I vacated a unit. I gave them 2 weeks notice but still no refund after 1 month.

Once again, we received a fantastic service, very friendly staff, from the man who helped us book the delivery after our 3 months booking was near to the end, but once again, amazing help from Frankie. She helped us with both the collection and delivery and was so friendly and helpful all the time. If there was any reason we would come back to Henfield Storage it would be because of Frankie. We thoroughly recommend Henfield Storage for your storage needs.

Really impressed with the service I received at Henfield Storage. After requesting a quote, I received a phone call from Tim at the Brighton Hollingbury unit, and he was incredibly helpful. I was under quite a tight time frame to move my belongings out of my previous storage unit, but he managed to fit me in and made the whole process much less stressful.

Matty was amazingly helpful, calm and as efficient as well oiled machine. He got our 2 bed house moved into our 75 sqft unit within 2 hours!
