Was apprehensive about online meds but am super happy with the process, pricing, testing and support.

I have been a 'member' for nearly two years, and after losing 32 pounds, feel like my much-younger self. The staff is very helpful and ready to listen to any concerns. There may be cheaper options, but none with any better care or concern for individuals,

I have been with Henry Meds since 2023 and I have been very pleased with the results that I have received as well as the customer service and providers.

Stefanie listened and showed care to my concerns and discussed with me things I didn’t realize to make sure I stay healthy.

Knowledgeable staff, the product works great (I lost 28 lbs) and Henry Meds is always responsive to questions. The cost is up there, but it does include medical practitioners, not lay people reading from scripts. They are willing to troubleshoot with me. I do highly recommend them and trust them. I have been using the semiglutide for almost 2 years, and have maintained my weight loss for over a year now.

At the beginning of my experience, everything was great. The prescribers were great, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, towards the end of my six months, it became quite frustrating. Throughout my six-month subscription, it started to feel less about my health and more about upselling. For the last two months, I was told my dose wouldn’t be increased, unless I was willing to pay about $100 more per month. That didn’t sit right with me.

When my six months ended, trying to cancel was unnecessarily difficult. I submitted a cancellation request online, but it wasn’t processed automatically. I attempted to use Live Chat multiple times during business hours, but no agents were ever available. The chat directed me to call customer service, but every time I called, I was told no agents were available and the call would disconnect—no option to even leave a message.

Email was the only way to reach them, and even then, they said responses could take up to 48 hours. The entire process was a hassle and left a bad impression. I expected better communication and a smoother experience.

They scheduled a consultation promptly and getting on their calendar was easy. The provider was nice enough and I got the phentermine for weight loss that I wanted. However, their system has no way to just send a generic 'message' to your care team. You have to open a Support ticket, which based on the labelling, is more for technical support issues. They need to have, and lack, a methodology where it's actually OK to send a message (about anything medical) to your care team. lacking that puts circle medical way above them, if you can use circle medical do it instead.

Just found out they have been billing me for months, not emailing me. I’m out of so much money sent to them. They should have emailed me. I cancelled through their portal but I guess they have to contact you before they cancel? Wow.

I have been using Henry Meds for over a year and have been exceedingly pleased with my weight loss results and the great support that I have received from the medical staff and admin team. Henry was recommended to me and it was the best recommendation. There are a LOT of websites claiming they have the best plans and support but while Henry Meds might be more costly than others, the professionalism and dedication of their medical and support staff is exceptional.

I have had only good experiences and interactions with the medical staff and support staff. They are very responsive and helpful when I have questions! Their support has been crucial to my weight loss.

Do not use this provider. They are deceptive as to product offerings, their support is non-existent, and they do not practice in good faith.

I had them cancel an active subscription that I had a balence owed to me from lack of service. They kept the cash and closed me out.

What made my experience great was my Physician's Assistant, Elizabeth. Seriously, he could not have been nicer or more helpful

What made my experience great was my Doctor and customer service representative Driahna Manahan! she was patient and smart. Her guidance meant alot.

Well , my account was cancelled as the company somehow did not have my newest credit care info and no one notified me of this. I am a long standing patient and that has caused me now to go 3 weeks without my semiglutide. I tried everyday for 2 weeks to get thru on the customer service line and no one ever answered. When I finally did get someone they said my account wouldl be re-instated thru the email. So I received an email and followed the instructions given to re-establish my account ; however , a verification number never came to me for another week as there was some kind of glitch on their end. So another week goes by me trying to reach someone by phone ; I left several messages on the days the phone went right to voicemail so here another week goes by before I reach someone and low and behold they say I have to fill out the assessment for the doctor . Well why didnt they tell me that before and send the damn thing to me??I sent that back to them the same day. So three more days go by with no one answering so I can verify they got the form. They verified they have the form and the doctor has it. So now another week has gone by and to date 3/29/26 I have no medication???? So am I ever going to get the medication ??? Gina

Avoid Henry Meds! The physician I met with was very helpful and approachable. We talked about what medication would be best for me. We settled on Phentermine because I had taken it in the past had a great success. The order arrived quickly and I was excited to get started. This was the same dose my doctor had prescribed a year ago so I knew what to expect for side effects.

I started the medication right away and had zero side effects, weird, but maybe my body had changed in a year. After a month I lost 0 pounds. I continued on for 3 more months and lost a grand total of 5 pounds (I have 50+ to lose). 5 pounds over 4 months, no side effects at all, I am convinced the pills I was taking were not real Phentermine. Very disappointed and out over $1,000! Avoid Henry Meds!

The staff listen to you and understand your needs and help you adapt to the needs which help with the weight loss and side effects. They provide all the necessary meds for nausea, injections and alcohol wipes.

Everyone you speak with is very knowledgeable and very nice. No problems asking questions. They make sure all of your questions are answered.

They charged me for 4 months of product but I received only one vial of medication. It was diluted and ineffective. I reached out to Henry Meds multiple times to seek resolution. The company was not at all helpful.
