Incredibly smooth process. The notifications and instructions were prompt, concise, and simple to follow. My advocate was very well prepared, answered all of my questions, and gave me confidence in a transaction of such personal importance. The fee for the rollover transaction was about the same as the rollover amount! I got Nothing! It should be a percentage, stop financially punishing the poor!

No communication after they get what they want from you
No communication at all after you get the rollover process started. Get a email my funds were available in my account an almost 2 weeks before they actually were and when I tried to contact them I never got a response or explanation. Yes they did get my rollover complete but a lot of small issues along the way with absolutely no communication.
