Scott was great making the process of Rollover of our old IRAs simple and easy. Questions were answered in easy to understand terms. This is a great way to get your employer's IRA's transferred to your main IRA account.

Claude was excellent and patient. He explained the process very well.

Claude has been amazingly responsive each time I reached out. This transfer with TIAA and Etrade has not been straightforward but he's been patient, clear, responsive and helpful. Here's hoping it gets resolved soon. I only deducted a star because it has taken so long, but that's really a TIAA failing I think. Perhaps the process could have been explained better but I'm not sure that's the responsibility of Capitalize or TIAA.

Unfortunately, my experience with Capitalize has been underwhelming, from emails being blocked by security, slow follow-up, and delays in processing forms. Your personnel are very nice, but the behind the scenes processes and limitations for the staff to deliver timely answers is disappointing. I uploaded a document to my account for processing on June 10th based on instructions, and I was notified a month later after having to follow up that it was sent to me for signature on July 8th. I had to ask to have it resent as I do not have it in my email. This is a 2 way street and I admit I have had delays to to travel and other activities, but this transfer process has been in play for months. What is more frustration is my wife did a similar transfer from the same vendor, without having to jump through hoops. I am loosing out on opportunities with my Facet account, due to delays at Capitalize.

No complaints with my rollover process other than it could have been a bit faster (probably not Capitalize's fault) and they could have been a bit more clear about the tracking of the progress other than "Processing". Overall would definitely recommend!
