Alana Peterson is amazing. I have trouble deposit 401k rollover check into E trade. I have reached out to Alana. She is not hesitant to help me and schedule the time to reach out to Etrade and help me solve the problem. She’s always organize and give a clear instruction of how I can deposit the check into my account.

Scott (I think that was his name) was phenomenal. He was so patient as we figured out the logistics of a retirement acccount transition from TIAA to Betterment. He was my advocate during the whole interaction, making sure that I got top service and that we eneded the call with zero loose ends. Please give him a raise!

Captiazlie was really easy to use if you're trying to roll over from a retirement account that's within their system or network and did not require any input on my end. I haven't tried rolling over from a non-supported account but otherwise I highly recommend them based on this experience!

Sophie from Capitalize helped me with the rollover of my 401K from my ex-employer to my existing IRA on Robinhood. The bank kept me updated throughout the process via my email. The process went smoothly and it took about 20-22 days since I requested it. I’m very impressed with the team!

The young lady seemed to have tunnel vision and unable to handle company specific requirements from roll over company. Even after both the representative and I explained it, I had to manually complete the roll over myself.

I had a small IRA that needed to get rolled over into my main retirement account. Capitalize was a fantastic help in getting this task done. They made all the phone calls. All I had to do was attend the conference call to verify my information. No forms to fill out, not a lot of wasted time getting information together. Capitalize made it an easy painless transaction and the rollover was completed in 7-10 days. Great communication about where the process was and a confirmation email when the transaction was completed. 5 stars for my experience with capitalize. .

Mixed emotions. The people were great. The process was archaic. The messages were alarming. Happily I will never have to go through it again.
