Really helpful to have someone support through the process. My checks initially didn't arrive and having Sophie from Capitalize support and provide instructions on how to cancel/reissue checks really helped allay the panic. How is it 2026 and this is still how rollovers are done? Capitalize makes it so much better. Just make sure to activate the tracked envelopes they send with a cashier at post office!
