My rollover from an Ameriprise 401(k) to 2 SoFi IRAs was relatively smooth through Capitalize. They knew some details that would have been a challenge had I not had them involved.

I would say the communication went dark a couple of times and seemed to get going again when I’d reach out. With the delay in communication, I gave them a 4/5.

Capitalize made my rollover super easy. I had been stressing about rolling over an old employer 401K, thinking I'd need to print off and physically sign a bunch of forms and get on the phone to call various account brokers. That wasn't the case at all. A few simple clicks and capitalize handled it all. Just had to handle some mail but even that had easy and clear instructions. I will no longer sit on old accounts, scared to make a move because of administrative burdens. My money will be exactly where I want it to be, when I want it to be there.

The call took quite a while and the Capitalize rep gave my institution the wrong mailing address for my rollover checks to be sent. I couldn’t get any help through email, just never ending follow ups and promises for calls I never received. I finally figured it out on my own and got it resolved.

Very knowledgeable rep acted on my behalf to complete my 401(k) rollover process from my employer's vendor (Principal) to TradeStation. There were a couple glitches/timing issues which Capitalized (Isaiah Gutierrez) quickly figured out and worked directly with the Principal rep to resolve. This is an excellent service with very knowledgeable staff. I am grateful for the help provided.

Capitalize made the rollover process with Webull effortless and quick. Another great reason to use Webull as a trading platform.

Robinhood made it SUPER simple for me to move my 401k rollover into their IRA account. they walked me through step by step and it could not have gone smoother!!!

The rollover process was made much easier with capitalize. They had a knowledgeable adviser work with me through the process and it only took a few minutes to get everything rolling. The only hiccup I ran into was getting the mailing package needed but after I contacted them and resolved it my rollover was completed quickly with timely updates on the status. Super helpful!

I liked the prepaid envelope, but it’s essentially the same process had I mailed it directly to my new company. I thought it was going to be sent electronically and the funds would be available quicker.

I didn't get any real updates from robinhood where my chceks were. It took ovwr 45 days for robinhood to process the chceks and capigalize could not help.

The rollover process went relatively smooth. The issue that I had was the checks were apparently sent to the wrong address and I had to step in and take over and get the issue fixed personally. After that it didn't take long for the rollover to be completed. The staff was friendly and tried to manage the process as best they could. I still recommend them for future services!

It would have been nice for them to give me the option to have my check sent priority mail. It was sent regular mail so I lost out on interest for that time. When you are talking about 1.6 million, that adds up.

It was great how my agent dealt with my 401k at Vanguard. He was prompt and dealt with the hassle very well. He made things easy was polite and made my life easier!
