Bought chakra bracelet went by the add received it now they are saying it doesn’t do anything it says in its ads they turn it around to suit them so never again will I order theirs again

Products are fake. I purchased a “silver ring with a moonstone” and it is not silver and the stone is a piece of plastic.
Such a shame. I want my money back IMMEDIATELY.

Fantastic customer service! I bought a bracelet as a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend, and unfortunately, it broke. Higherchakra provided a free replacement immediately. She absolutely adores it. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The chakra bracelet is perfect. Put on three weeks ago after my surgery and not taken off. Sturdy and well made and looks lovely. I also like to believe its adding to me healing nicely.

Ordered and paid 6/12/22 but one item incorrectly delivered. Contacted numerous times to organise refund/return but no responses. Very very poor communication and now I'm stuck with a product I didn't order.

I ordered a moonstone ring
I ordered a moonstone ring, but the stone turned out to be a cheap piece of plastic instead. On the photos everything seemed fine (good lighting and the colours seemed beautiful, it looked like a real stone), but when it arrived, it was clear that there is no "moonstone"
