We had to register land and transfer a title to the previous landowners widow. The landowner had died some 20 years previously.
There was and issue with a small strip of land that had been pre registered. We received sound and clear advise and guidance through the process. The service was efficient and the price charged appropriate for the wok required.
The partner involved was David Blackmore.

Lauren Costello dealt with the conveyancing for the sale of my house. She was incredibly efficient and professional. She kept me updated and responded to all contact very quickly. The contracts were exchanged 18 working days after my instruction, which is so impressive.
