Couldn't be more happier with product and service
Absolutely excellent experience with Hogies. I purchased Amouage Portrayal Man at a fantastic price and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The fragrance is 100% genuine, perfectly packaged, and exactly as described. Communication was fast, professional, and reassuring throughout, and delivery was spot on. It’s refreshing to find a retailer that delivers both great prices and outstanding service. Will definitely be purchasing again!

This was my first ever order from Hogies. I ordered Loccitane immortelle face cream and was delighted to pay £21.00 less than I paid last time I purchased the same item from Loccitane. The Loccitane box it comes in was a little dented and that was the only difference. I loved the fast and friendly service and recieved my order in 3 days. Brilliant. Loved the chocolates, very nice touch. I also liked the email they sent me thanking me for choosing to shop with them and letting me know that Hogies is a small business, another reason why I will definitely be shopping with Hogies again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Bought some EDT and I’m very happy with the service I received. Firstly the price was much cheaper than anyone else I could find online, the site was really easy to navigate and the delivery was so quick too, the EDT was very well packaged so was in perfect condition and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend Hogies and will certainly use again!

Fantastic family run business

Counterfeit product
I bought a very expensive bottle of Tiziana Terenzi for my husband and the spray mechanism has broken. I contacted Tiziana and they said that they do not sell their products via Tesco (I purchased the bottle via Tesco Marketplace) and state in their email that the product is very likely counterfeit. Tesco have told me that Hogies is a partner. I am very disappointed to have been duped in this way, and pretty embarrassed too. Please reimburse me so that I can buy a genuine bottle for my husband.
UPDATE: Tiziano Terenzi have confirmed that the product is counterfeit and are waiting for me to forward details to them in order to pursue Hogies for sale of inauthentic products. If you do not reimburse the original amount paid, I will pursue this.

I orderd two watches
I orderd two watches, I was happy about quick delivery but after few days using one I have noticed that one is not working right. Messaged them, they offered me reimburse for fixing it and nothing after this. Im not happy at all about they service. I had to paid extra money for fixing "new" watch. Even if they have a goid offers Im not going to buy anything else.
