I saw an all inclusive deal on Metro, the free newspaper, I thought it was good so didn’t hesitate to call the number on the ad as I’ve taken two previous holiday through this newspaper.
When I called them they said that that specific hotel was not available so the agent started to offer me different hotels until I accepted one of them,
the original newspaper deal was for £259, but this one was for £395 even though it wasn’t as good as the original newspaper hotel, I don’t know why did I accept.
My companion later had a problem that she couldn’t fly so I called them to ask them if I could cancel the trip or change the name of my companion to someone else, they told me that cancellation was almost impossible and that I should go for the name changing.
They kept me waiting for few days before they told me how much it will cost, I almost fell from my chair, it was £289, almost the same as going on the holiday, no matter how much I talked to them they were adamant that they didn’t set this number but it was their suppliers.
I reluctantly paid.
It was only when I tried to check in with airline that I realised what those crooks have done as I couldn’t check in without checking in my companion too.
Here is the trick, the booking was made by me, the hotel room had one double and one single bed so it’s enough for three people, the name we needed to change was for the second person so what they did was just purchasing a flight seat that costed les than £70 and they kept over £200 for themselves without changing any name.
My heart was bleeding when I sat in the plane with the seat next to me empty knowing that I have paid for it, the hotel also asked me about my friend and I had to tell them she’s not coming.
I hope they lose this £200 they stole from ten times or more, I hope someone takes them to court and they lose millions of pounds
They are a bunch of crooks that no one should trust them.

Had to chase paoerwork on a few occasions but Neil was incredibly helpful, polite & professional & resolved my isses

when I received my email confirmation of my booking to Budapest I was devastated as my arrival showed Barbuda. what on earth will i do in Antigua. Luckily this morning when I chatted with one of the customer service Franco he corrected it immediately that it might lead to a stressful situation. thank you.

Booked a holiday to Budapest. All went as planned. The city is beautiful & the people are very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel housekeeping did not meet the 4* standard as expected. Made a complaint to the travel agent, Jace was very kind to attend to our problem and we were compensated with a voucher for future use. I will still use holiday Buzz in future.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! They force people into making payments over the phone without giving the conditions of payment. You cannot even change your mind within 30mins of payment!!! Pay me back my £650 immediately!!!!
