The furniture was sent with a few screws missing. They company sent the missing pieces within a couple of days, with no hassle at all.

Furniture is good standard, although it took a while to build.

Very pleased with the chair we bought from Home Garden Direct for our bedroom. Found it to be lovely quality at a reasonable price and delivered quickly. All in all happy to recommend!

We're very happy with our new garden furniture, it was a good price and was delivered on time. A corner on the base of the table had been knocked and the leveling foot was missing. I contacted Home Garden Direct and Nick called me back immediately to sort out the issue, which he did in a very professional and friendly manner. Nick organised a replacement which was delivered the next working day and He followed up to ensure all was OK.

My order for garden furniture was complicated (my fault) and Nick was patient, pleasant and sorted it after many emails and phone calls which made the whole experience less stressful - I would recommend to anyone and I wish everyone dealing with customers was like him

I bought some garden furniture from The Range in April this year but hadn’t got round to putting the tables together until last weekend. Unfortunately, on opening the box to one of the tables, we found one table leg was completely different to the other three. As we had another set, we saw this was incorrect and could only put up one table. I had contacted The Range at time of delivery about an issue with another item in my order and found their customer service lacking so I didn’t jump at the idea of trying to sort this through them.
My husband had the idea to contact the wholesalers directly and I messaged a mobile number on a Sunday afternoon. Had a reply straight away and received the new leg on Friday PM. Thank you, very pleased with the service

Product OK only complaint is 2 of the cushions very firm the 2 that was flat packed very soft and not very comfortable still soft after a week of opening which makes the bars at the back of the seat come through the cushions will have to try and get these exchanged

Delivery of our chairs was very straightforward. Unfortunately on opening two of the bases were broken. I messaged home garden on Friday evening including photographs. First thing on Monday morning Nick contacted us to say he would send out replacement parts. These arrived this morning and they are fine. The problem was resolved so quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
