Home in Italy are great. From my initial contact, to them suggesting various villas for me to consider, right through to them organizing trips, transportation and meals during our stay, everything Home in Italy did was first class. I would highly recommend them.

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children really enjoyed our stay in the Lake Como area. The villa was a perfect fit for our needs and nicely located to make day trip around the lake and enjoy nice dinners in Cernobbio.
Concierge was very helpful and having our breakfast made every morning was a special treat. Everyone enjoyed the pool and views of the lake.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Villa Melaverde! The property is stunning, peaceful and private, yet just a short 7-minute drive to Ostuni’s historic center. The location was ideal: quiet and tucked away, but still close to grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful nearby masseria's for easy dinners.

The villa itself was so thoughtfully prepared. It was lovingly stocked with basic essentials when we arrived, which made settling in so easy, everything from pantry staples to pool towels was ready for us. The amenities were top-notch, and the outdoor space was a dream. Our kids had so much room to roam, explore, and play while we relaxed by the pool or enjoyed aperitivo on the patio.

We started the trip with a private chef dinner at the villa, and it was absolutely delicious. We also used the babysitting service, and our kids adored the sitter, such a wonderful way for the adults to enjoy a night out.

We are two families with four kids total, and the villa offered more than enough space and comfort for all eight of us. We stayed for seven nights, using Villa Melaverde as a perfect home base to explore Ostuni and the rest of the stunning Valle d’Itria.

Our only regret? Not staying longer. We’ll absolutely be back, and we hope to stay at Villa Melaverde again!

The property exceeded our expectations in every way — from the breathtaking views to the peaceful atmosphere and beautifully maintained grounds. The villa itself was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience.

Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making us feel instantly at home. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying meals outside under the Sicilian sun, or taking short trips into Ortigia and nearby beaches, every moment felt special.

The hosts were gracious and attentive, always available to assist while still allowing us total privacy. This was truly a memorable stay — one that brought our group together and gave us memories we’ll treasure for years.

Highly recommend Villa Angelina to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Sicily. We can’t wait to return!

The Staff are amazing , and the service is outstanding . Reliable , efficient and just such a pleasure to deal with.

Our family vacation at Villa Perline in Tuscany was flawless!! The villa was incredible! The views, the cleanliness, the chefs,the beautiful infinity pool and all of the thoughtful extras that the concierge team provided were appreciated. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely staff who provided us with delicious healthy foods and a Aperol Spritz. Just what we needed after a full day and night of traveling. The villa was newly updated and was the perfect combination of modern but leaving the beauty of the centuries old farmhouse. The annex was also beautifully renovated. Arsen (the property manager) and his beautiful wife were attentive and helpful. They were around but in the background. They perfected the balance beautifully.
Our family has been to many 5 star hotels around the world and Villa Perline (although not a hotel) topped them all!
Home In Italy went far beyond our expectations from start to finish. We look forward to using their incredible first class service again!

Home in Italy was a DREAM to work with. From the beginning of selecting the villa, to preparing the plans while we were in Italy, to the support on site -- everything was overwhelmingly positive. I can honestly say I cannot think of a single thing Home In Italy can improve on as everything they did was so perfect. They added special touches to our birthday celebration, were consummate professionals in handling pop up asks, and were beautifully kind all along the way. I would book with them without hesitation.

Home in Italy is the best booking site for villas in Italy. This is our third time renting a villa through them and each of our villas have been spectacular and as advertised. The concierge service is highly attentive and an added feature that you get when you book through them.

I recently booked through Home In Italy for my 60th birthday trip. The guidance I received from their wonderful staff was nothing short of amazing. Claudio, my concierge helped me book the most fantastic chef for my birthday gala dinner party at the castle. They also hooked me up with amazing excursions while I encountered a couple of hiccups, they immediately jumped to my aid to resolve them. The service I received and the support from this wonderful team made such a lasting impression on me. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you for making my trip to Italy so incredibly memorable!

Home in Italy was very attentive to our needs - from the earliest planning stages to checking in to helping navigate the health care system when an unexpected medical problem infringed on our vacation.

Renting a villa sight unseen from a foreign country can be a bit trepidatious. However, Home in Italy stayed in constant communication with us and provided us with very detailed instructions upon arrival.

Someone was always available to answer any questions we had. Villa Siepi was stunning and I believe that everyone who joined, had a magical week. We were a party of 8 and the villa was large enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and privacy. The villa even had a separate apartment along with multiple washing machines and dryers. There were 2 kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. We usually ate breakfast outside and dinner at the dining table. The great room was comfy and cozy with a fireplace and we spent many evenings around that fireplace.

Home in Italy provided us with Chef Gabriele and he was definitely one of the highlights of our experience. He took such good care of us and our requests for both dinner and breakfast. The care he puts into cooking and wanting everything to be perfect for us was exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone renting a villa.

I only have a couple of suggestions. Rent a car in Florence and drive to the villa. We also wanted to visit other towns and it was helpful to have the cars. If we needed to go into Castellina in Chianti and buy wine or stop at the grocery store, having the car was again, very useful.

We visited in the beginning of November and while the weather was cold and absolutely perfect, we did not find that we needed the heat on (an extra expense of $500-600E). Also, there were guests who wanted to use the pool and we had to pay extra to heat it, but it never really got that warm, so it is questionable whether that additional expense of $700E was worth the money.

We had one hiccup and miscommunication with the wine tour guide and I would not recommend him. Rather, you really can set your own tour at different wineries you would like to visit directly with the winery and that worked out really well for us. We had a wonderful time.

Overall, our experience was exactly as we had hoped it would be. I would definitely do it again. If all of the villas are as lovely as Villa Siepi, Home in Italy is the way to go.

The Villa was incredible and the Wedding was a huge success. We couldn't have asked for a better place! Amazing food and wine, beautiful venue and remarkable service.

The Villa was not prepared properly
In addition if this is a luxury Villa we expect bath soaps in showers, no shampoo, no spare toilet rolls, no tissue boxes anywhere.
Oven was dirty black grease we could not use
We asked for cleaner she came after 3 days
Out door patio there are no moveable louvres- cannot sit there after 10.00 no shade— this is very serious
No curtains in living area so we had to use aircon to cool
We had to drive to shops to purchase bath soaps shampoos tissues kitchen paper etc
No internet on arrival
Took 3 days to get someone to fix
Just not the standard of housekeeping I expect in a luxury villa
