Resposta da Home In Italy
Dear Meredith,
Thank you for your feedback. It’s our top priority to ensure that our guests feel welcomed and cared for, so knowing we achieved that means the world to our whole team.
We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon for another unforgettable stay at Fortino or perhaps at one of our other villas!
Warm regards,
Arianna,
Home in Italy
Home in Italy didn't provide much value
Perhaps this was unique to my villa, but Home in Italy actually made the experience worse than if I contracted directly with the villa myself. The villa concierge would have been better prepared for us and done a better job if we had been communicating directly, vs through a third party. For a less full-service venue, maybe the service Home in Italy offers is more useful.

Dear Andrew,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Your comment gives us the opportunity to improve communication with the new staff at villa Sofi.
Our goal at Home in Italy is to enhance every guest’s stay by offering personalized service and mediate between our clients and the villas they choose.
We understand that every villa and guest experience is unique, and we’re committed to tailoring our services to better suit different needs in the future.
I know that you and my colleague Céline already had the opportunity to talk about it and I’m sure your insight will help us grow and deliver better experiences.
Warm regards,
Arianna,

La casa era perfetta
La casa era perfetta, esattamente come promesso. Tutta l'organizzazione era efficiente e professionale e i contatti locali molto gentili e fantastici. Non mi devo mai preoccupare quando prenoto con Home in Italy perche' ci pensano a tutto e si assicurano che la tua vacanza e' veramente splendida e rilassante!
