Report this website to the authorities. It only takes 1 minute. Google NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) and "Report a suspicious website." Please help others avoid being scammed. The Home & Oak website is still up and running.

Our order never arrived. Our email complaints were never responded. Do not trust this company.

Scam, i ordered an item. What arrived was totally different from what i ordered.

Avoid. I ordered something for Christmas. Initially Evri told me it was on out for delivery and i never got it. Took me two weeks of sending lots of emails to receive an email that the company had it back and asked me to confirm what address to send it too again. I told them id bought a replacement and wanted a full refund.....no communication since despite numerous emails. This company needs investigating.

Just adding on to the other reviews, the product they sent was not what I ordered, and when the package arrived (very poorly packaged), 2 of the 9 items were broken and unusable. Customer service is via email only, and I have gotten no response after 3 attempts over 26 days. Posted 2 negative reviews which were not published. Total scam, and I spent a LOT of $ here.

I recommend staying away from this company. I ordered a picture frame and received a different frame of lesser quality. Returning the item has been difficult. After three weeks and multiple emails, we are still trying to get a refund. Bad experience. Very disappointed.

This company is a scam. Product comes from China and is the cheapest peace of poop you can imagine. Total rip off, not at all as described and doesn’t even work, ie the pen won’t erase off the plastic board that lights up. It’s smaller than shown and overall just a scam to get patents to buy gifts before Xmas and then they ghost you when you want to return it.

The wrong product was shipped to me a month ago and after receiving it I attempted to contact them for a return and refund. They never responded. Their only means of contact is through an email address that sends an automated response " Our team will review your email and get back to you within 4-5 business days, we will usually get back to you before then. Evenings and weekends may take us a little bit longer." It also states you should only email once .

It's been over a month since my initial attempt to contact them, I have not gotten a response. I also tried posting a review on their page. The negative reviews never get posted to their website.

I do not recommend ever shopping here.

I ordered the 'My Little Masterpiece' side-loading frames via an Instagram ad, but received the 'ForeverFrame' model instead (clearly a completely different product).

When I contacted customer service, they tried to claim the wrong item was simply an 'improved design' and offered a discount code rather than a replacement. Since this wasn't acceptable I requested a refund and after being ignored for over three weeks I did some research and it’s clear this is their standard 'modus operandi' and many others have had the same experience.

I am now disputing the transaction with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Was looking for an Xmas present for my daughter and found what I wanted through a link on Instagram. Ordered on the Company website which mentions supplying products in the UK & Europe, promised free shipping if you ordered 2 and promised to be delivered in time for Xmas which was all a lie! Actual products come direct from China, are poorly packaged! Contacted them via email and had no response back also

I'm chiming in to verify it is not a legitimate business. I was sent the wrong item (well below the value of what I ordered) and then I wrote to support. Was ghosted 3 weeks ago. No replies to any of my nice follow up emails and no phone number anywhere to call. Don't fall for it.

Oh my gosh I'm horrified to read that all the other reviews are exactly the same as my experience!!! This is awful - I have spent over £80 on a product that is nothing like what I ordered and I can't contact the company!

I ordered My Little Masterpiece frames as presents for my kids from Home&Oak (Order #69172) after seeing beautiful, high-quality images on their website and Instagram ads. What arrived (and delivery took a very long time so chances are my parcel was shipped from far, far away) looks completely different - dull, unattractive, cheap, poorly finished, and absolutely nothing like what was shown online!

I contacted the company multiple times requesting a return and a refund but I received no response even though I received automated acknowledgements that my email was received. I have now had to escalate this with my bank.

In my opinion, this company’s advertising is absolutely fake and misleading, and their customer service is non-existent. It’s a company that scams people - be warned! I would strongly advise others to not buying anything from them. I’m extremely disappointed and still haven’t gotten my money back. Also, even if I do, I don’t want to use the horrible-looking frames I received. Since I can’t return them, I will most likely have to throw them away, which is a complete waste.

They don’t respond to return requests no matter how many times you email - and pretend there is a process but it’s designed to send you in circles. The item I ordered showed up and was basically from the dollar store and cost $80 - DO NOT BUY FROM HOME&OAK. I’m reporting them to the ministry.

Still missing this order from before Christmas. Was told there was an issue with the shipping address, provided alternative shipping address but no response, & still no product or refund.

I ordered a child’s toy on 1st Dec, shipping was supposed to be 7-12 days for this Christmas present. On 23 Dec I contacted them and said it hadn’t been delivered. Got an email saying they were very busy and would be in touch within 4 working days. Didn’t hear anything. Contacted them again on 10 Jan, got the same stock reply, but still had no one get back to me. Don’t know where my parcel is. The only way to contact this company is by email and it’s just a standard response which says ‘don’t contact us again or your message goes to the back of the queue’. I think this company is a scam - I have lost £34 and my grandchild missed out on his Xmas gift
