This platform is terrible
This platform is terrible. Forced to use it by my estate agent who gave me 24 hours to finish an apartment application and provide documents for verification. Firstly, their website flat out doesn't work on firefox and causes a bunch of bugs. To compound this, the link reset email is NOT the user, it's the estate agent, so each time I had to try the process again on a different device, I had to hassle the estate agent to get the link reset. Adding more insult to injury, they have a size limit on their uploads of 10mb. This is a massive problem if, like me, your estate agent provides you your tenancy agreement as an encrypted pdf over 10mb, and which as such cannot be compressed without more effort. All this is incredibly frustrating on it's own, but when the purpose of this website is arguably one of the most important steps to actually securing your tenancy and you have a time limit, you expect a reliable service, which this is not. If you are a business and don't want to alienate your customers, do not use this. Buggy, low quality software.

Service was good. The agents answered all queries I had and were very professional. However, the average wait time said 4 minutes, but I was always waiting a lot longer than that…

The process is confusing at times and I…
The process is confusing at times and I definitely miss understood it as well. But Elena C was nothing but helpful in resolving my issues and guiding me through it and helping me when I misunderstood what I was meant to send. The whole day she spent helping me and finally got me through it. I couldn't have better help.

Site server is very poor

NB :please its request ,could you please mention document you need with mail ,continous getting mail from supporthomeppl missing documents,So its better to know us which document you need clearly otherwise when login to site shows successfully 100% completed and nothing can add.

The system is not very user friendly as…
The system is not very user friendly as it does not have all banks on the site (metro bank) and this stopped me from going forward and I had to take my application offline. The application online was stating it was complete however, I received an email stating there was still information still outstanding. There is no number to call for assistance and sometimes it's not easy to explain everything over chat or email, in fact it's very frustrating. It is also difficult as the customer service representatives cannot call us either. The process could have been a lot more smoother if the form was accurate.

No thought to their communication or UX. "Sorry you feel that way" they say after bombarding me with "URGENT" emails to ask for information without saying what information they need. Exhausting company to deal with. Going round and round in circles
