You'll need patience of a saint.....
You'll need patience of a saint if you are unfortunate to have homeppl carrying out your checks. Countless contradictions in communication sent. Endless documents rejected. Won't accept documents I was advised I'd need before applying.
Best bet is to go to Dover throw away ID and you'll have a property in hours.

Horrendous company for referencing. Won’t accept official payslips or bank statements as proof of income?!?
If you’re self employed or run your own business you have no chance of being approved unless your willing to provide your inside leg measurements.
Homeppl's customer service is also beyond terrible. Staff are rude.
Never experienced anyone like them!
My partner and I ended up losing the property we were hoping to move into because of Homeppl messing us about at every twist and turn.

Easy Process with a Few Bumps
The start was easy enough, but I had a few hiccups that required some sorting. Gaetan was amazing. It was a bit stressful, but he was really helpful.
Never used or been through the process before. So they really helped me get through it without having a meltdown!

Gold tier human aspect of customer service
Have just gone through referencing with home ppl. While applications can be stressful , and going through issues with my banking made it harder the human aspect of home ppl is amazing, especially Caitlin , nothing was ever too much and she was so reassuring to me throughout the process . My partner was finished in less than 24 hours - mine took an extra day as I needed extra documentation - but I can’t fault how amazing their Customer service team is / they are so patient and understanding and I would happily go through their process again when we do need to move as they honestly have been amazing. Thank you Caitlin!

Great thorough and professional referencing company
Recently had to undergo referencing with Homeppl for a new apartment. Few challenges as I have changed job, the crew at Homeppl were great and reassuring. Caitlin was very helpful with my application advising what I needed to complete referencing. Would highly recommend!
