Bit of a Mess
It's clear there is a lot of miscommunication between people within the company, as well as with the agents they are contracted with. Really frustrating and unclear online application. The messaging directly with people is the one thing that was helpful in all the problems.

I had an issue with the contacts I had…
I had an issue with the contacts I had provided for referencing and Caitlin from home people was very quick and supportive to help me with my that and one of the contacts I had to changed even received an emails within minutes which speeded up the process

I was very skeptical but had a great experience
I was very skeptical at first given some requirements are quite detailed, but had a great experience! Got approved within less than 24 hours and the support team always responded within minutes to clarify my questions.

I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful or informative experience than the one I had with Evelyn.
