Beware of their lead generation, it's a scam. None of the "leads" have turned out to be any good. They label all the people that don't reply to them as "long-term" leads. Total BS and a waste of money.

The agent was awesome! He was able to resolve my issue with no questions. He is very efficient and resourceful. We got everything done and it was great. Good job to the agent!

They were on top of my issue. They resolved my issue efficiently and in a timely manner.

Do NOT get their concierge service. It is a WASTE of money and you'll figure this out quickly enough but you'll be locked into a contract AND they lock-up your Google business acct to them, too. I am still trying to get them to turn OFF their control of my account two months later after six months of the worst results from ad spend I've seen. We got one deal closed from the effort. Terrible leads and customer service. The regular app is fine and helpful, but do not pay them extra money!!!

A rep called me. We spoke and he showed me some additional benefits. I’m paying for the extra access. Two thing: the rep won’t call me back (after three attempts reach. )

I would never use this company due to the horrible customer service, empty promises to provide high quality leads and making it impossible to cancel your subscription. I have been trying for a week straight now to cancel my subscription. Have called and spoke with people 3 times and asked to talk with upper management or a supervisor with no way for them to do that except an worthless email. I have emailed them daily for them to confirm my subscription has been canceled with no answer. Last resort I have had to call my credit card company to inform them of this situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! HOMESNAP IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

I switched brokerages and my Homesnap Home Screen still showed my prior brokerage and email. Customer service was excellent at Homesnap and now everything is as it should be!

The issue was fixed by Homesnap in what felt like less than 1 min from the time I sent my email. I've been obsessed with using the app to its fullest potential since.
