And when you set up client search in our REIN and send homes to them from Rein it WORKS the same as Phone app for clients to LIKE,FAVORITES, & POSSIABLITYS and you see them on both ! It is also a great easy TEXT or MESSAGE from app itself !! Even sending out FB Adds are EASY right from your Phone!

The WORST customer service
The WORST customer service you will ever experience. They charged my account and when I told them I didn't want the product they said they would refund the money. Then they stalled... for days and weeks.. and never refunded me. I disputed the charge to my CC company and they suddenly reached back out and promised a refund.. but never did.. stay away

Without a notice
Without a notice, they renewed my account for $599. I cancelled the service and my credit card. They said they would give me the service for $199 and would refund me $400 if I released the dispute over the charge. That did not happen. Beware!

Great app and support
There were a few issues with getting the app working as I must have had several profiles from over the years. However, their customer support team was very helpful and responsive. They got it all fixed and I'm impressed not just with their service, but all the tools available in the Homesnap app
