I'm in LOVE with my Rhi Rhi Hoops. They are exactly the right size and weight for maximum LDN girl style and comfort.

I then recently purchased another set of different earrings, where there was a very small manufacturing error. I messaged the H+C team, same day the gorjus Scarlett got back to me sorting my issue out immediately with no fuss or struggle.

Am suspicious as more money been taken out account twice than the final cost of purchase. This wasn't a huge amount but lets be honest who goes back again and again to check small amounts being debited? I realise sometimes card authorisation amount is taken out, but this was twice, I've queried it and no response so its not making me feel reassured...

Excellent as always. Fast shipping and great products. Downside tax shipping to France but not a major problem but bear that in mind if ordering from abroad. Highly recommend 🤍

The stuff is fine, the customer service is not. They almost never respond, the shipping takes forever (still waiting on shipping, trying to cancel my order now). It used to be great, now it’s not so don’t buy.

I had ordered the Spinner Chain/Earring offer but when I received it and put the chain on, it fell off within minutes as the clasp had broke off. I have a few chains from H+C and this is the first time this has happened. I was very disappointed.

The delivery is always quick. The packaging is really nice. The jewellery is amazing; great quality and looks fabulous. I have pieces I have been wearing daily, including in the shower, swimming, and even in the sauna, and they still look great after over a year. I’m never disappointed. My only issue is I already own most of the pieces they sell, but as soon as they create new pieces, I will buy again.
