I don’t like the fact that I wasn’t…
I don’t like the fact that I wasn’t refunded my deposit when I wanted to change my mind about buying that particular car. I actually changed my mind because the car was old now I can’t afford the insurance on it.

The £500 was paid separately to us so that Jason could search for a car to match your needs, rather than being a deposit against a specific vehicle. As we were unable to find a car that suited your requirements, that £500 has since been refunded to you in full. Excellent garage, worth more than 5 stars.
We have been visiting Horsepower for a few years, for MOT and Service and any other work required. We drive 43 miles especially to Horsepower, definitely worth the distance. Horsepower is extremely welcoming, we have built up a lovely relationship with the staff, Duncan and Danny are outstanding and go above and beyond. Horsepower have excellent 5 Star+ mechanics, would not trust any other garage with our car, which we originally purchased from Horsepower a few years ago & Danny really looked after us. We cannot emphasise enough in words to express how excellent the staff are at Horsepower and its always a pleasure to visit. Anyone who is looking for a excellent garage then look no further, we highly recommend Horsepower. Worth any distance. The staff are just amazing and its always great to see Duncan and Danny for a chat and catch up. Horsepower have a very comfortable waiting area, TV, staff offering coffee, we are very well cared for and make us feel very special. Its not like any other ordinary garage, Horsepower is extra special. Duncan is very reliable and works hard to keep his customers happy, excellent at his work, Duncan is responsible for all the MOT & Service bookings and much more and does any excellent job.

Always amazing service
Always amazing service. Staff friendly and professional and very,very helpful. Used Horsepower for MOT,repairs and popped in a few times just to ask for advice and help. I always feel I'm in safe hands .

These guys found me the car of my dreams there customer service was second to none ... one very happy customer and thankyou to Danny who made this happen ... after being messed around by an external finance company this dream car was all but a dream but after even more messing around by the external finance company I was in regular contact with Danny and Jason and suddenly a new day and there own internal finance company and suddenly the car was mine ..one very very happy man minor works to make it mine and it is now on my drive with me adding my personal touch ... this car was an absolute one off with 1 ownership very low mileage and serviced throughout its life by Ferrari... these guys are absolute legends just waiting to see if the warranty is any good as usually they are not worth the paer they are written on but on the other hand I hope not to have to use it thanks Danny and Jason 5 stars from me

Absolutely excellent. My BMW needed a new battery + the equipment to register the new battery with the car's electronic system. The Horsepower team did this on the same day I called, expertly, efficiently, and at a very competitive price. They are also very nice people. Many thanks

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service, called horsepower as I needed too upgrade my vehicle and within a matter of hours they had settled my finance and got me in my new car.
Felt absolutely no pressure when viewing the vehicle, all staff on site are professional & polite and couldn’t have asked for it to go any smoother.
