We've used Charlotte at Scout Financial for both the purchase of our current property and the remortgage and she's been fantastic, providing us with cheap mortgage offers broken down in ways that we can better understand. When we were having issues with our solicitor in terms of finances from the sale of our property, Charlotte was there to fight our corner.
Steven, Charlotte's Mortgage administrator, was great in keeping us in the loop with our new mortgage, checking in with both ourselves and our new provider ensuring that the process moved forward and that we knew where we were up to.
I'd highly recommend Scout financial as it really felt that we were looked after and no just another customer, it's also a bonus knowing that given all the options available to us, we were given the best opportunities to purchasing and maintaining a reasonable mortgage payment for our new home.

Charlotte Bakewell was absolutely incredible and we felt more supported through the whole process of buying our first house by her than the solicitors !! She was on hand 24/7 through the whole process and fought several lenders for the most competitive mortgage and mortgage rate on the market. We are now happy and settled in our home all thanks to Charlotte and her assistant Steven Jackson. Thank you so much to them both, they are an asset to the Scout Team and we will be recommending all of our friends and family to them. Should we ever buy again (not for a long time !!!) we will be finding you again!

Really pleased with the mortgage advisor Brandon and his administrator Steven's work. Brandon was really clear and precise with his mortgage information especially when he advised we could save some of our deposit money for the house and still get a rate that was really good for us both.

He was really quick to get the mortgage application through and sent to us and his administrator Steven was prompt with any questions we had.
