I contacted Hoselock with an issue covered by the 5 year warranty. I dealt with Leena who was super helpful and sent out a new hose which arrived within days. Brilliant customer service
The 5 year guarantee is really worth its weight in gold. This is the second replacement hose I have received under the guarantee and I wouldn't hesitate to buy Hoselock again.

4 year old Hozelock Autoreel developed fault. Replaced with minimum fuss (the replacement had a fault when delivered and was also replaced quickly with no questions asked).

My Hozelock Superhoze 30m Expandable Garden Hose recently sprang a leak within its extended guarantee period. I made a claim online, provided all the information that was requested and 9 days later I received a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. Hozelock provided me with outstanding customer service and I thank Leena (Customer Service Advisor) for dealing with the matter so efficiently.

I had an issue with a faulty trigger on my Hozelock Lance Spray Plus product. So, I reached out to their Customer Service team.

I was contacted by Cameron from their CS team who stayed as the single point of contact throughout the process. I was asked to send a photo and a video of the fault. Despite the fact that I had mislaid my original proof of purchase, Cameron kindly organised a replacement unit.

I am a long term loyal customer of Hozelock. This latest episode has fully restored my faith in the brand.

A couple of years ago we bought an auto reel hose pipe from B &Q, it was a Hozelock. As it was out of guarantee we contacted Hozelock to see if there was anywhere we could get it repaired. Hozelock asked for proof of purchase - we contacted B & Q, as we had a record on our credit card statement, but not a hard copy of a receipt. It was a click and collect buy, but they had no record of it.
After informing Hozelock of our news, to our surprise they offered to replace free of charge.
Leena in Customer Services was very helpful keeping us apprised of our choices, thank you Leena.

Dealt with an issue related to a leaking pipe after 6yrs but came with 30 yr guarantee, very efficiently. Delighted with the service. Thank you c/s team and Cameron

Sur 4 dérouleurs de 40m déjà 2 ont pu être changés car sous garantie.Maintenant je n’ai plus de garantie j’ai contacté pour avoir des pièces détachées et n’ai jamais eu de réponse. Résultat jeudi me retrouve avec des tuyaux sans enrouleur donc en vrac, c’est vraiment très pratique.Ce n’est pas très sérieux.

Hozelock is the sort of company you wish all companies could be like. They have a 5 star customer service, people who deal with your enquiries or problems quickly and efficiently. The company is incredible and their guarantees are long and generous. From the reviews, all the customer staff are amazing. I was lucky to have Cameron and can’t thank him enough for all his help and advice. Without doubt I would buy more Hozelock products based on their excellent customer service and knowing that if anything goes wrong, help is at hand.

Absolutely awful, I've been a loyal customer all my adult life, I've bought a few 40m auto reels but the latest one doesn't have the bit to connect the hose to the reel.
I called them to be told they only open 10am to 2pm, I called back between those times to get an automated message telling me to go online, it then cut me off!
The auto reel cost almost £200, I expect better service than this.
Hose is useless and it was last one at garden centre.
I now need to buy the missing part.

Really good - Cameron was helpful and knew what was required - helped out quickly and effectively - couple of parts arrives and fitted by me within a couple of days - perfect. I wish all customer service was like this.

I had a problem with a new cascade pond pump and the Hozelock customer service was outstandingly good - full marks to Cameron. Spare parts sent quickly which solved my problem entirely. Very satisfied.

I love Hozelock products, over the last few years I have bought superhoses & recently bought their new wonderhoze. I have a large garden so several needed and they are so lightweight and easy to use. Each one I registered for extended guarantee & I have needed to claim for 2, 1 of them was 4 years old.
